well where do I start...purchased a pair of ugg boots the first pair had tiny nicks in the nubuck so I sent them back...the second pair had glue marks on the nubuck so sent them back with a letter and follow up email of dissatisfaction...and the 3rd pair were the first pair I sent back...total incompetence lack of communication and very slow ...so I asked for a refund...

The colour advertised on the Dainel Footwear website did not match the 2 pairs of uggs I received. I ordered green, as advertised on website. The paperwork received supports the colour green. The uggs where a moca colour. I felt totally upset. I did my research found Daniel footwear website got excited by the green for the price I was prepared to pay purchased 2 pairs as a birthday gift for the twins when I received them they where totally different colour I called customer care to be told that they are advertised as green but the colour of the product is dry leaf. False advertising left me with no gift to pass on to the twins and a pending complaint, as there is no Manager until 5 January 2016 to deal with the complaint and to honour a professional good will for my unconvienence and bad experience and no birthday gifts!!

I ordered boots online on 17th December and received confirmation. By 29th December I still hadn't received the boots so made contact. At this point I was advised that the boots had gone missing in the post and that there was no more stock. A message from you would have been appreciated rather than me having to contact you!

Item did not arrive. Tracking code sent to me was not recognised by the courier system so unable to ascertain the whereabouts of the package. One enquiring by phone I was told the item had never been despatched. By that time it was too late to risk delivery of a replacement by Christmas. Order cancelled and had to find a last minute replacement The only bright spot was very prompt refund of my payment.

I ordered some grey ugg boots in the sale on Xmas day . A week later I hadn't heard anything about my order so I called them . Only to be told they didn't have any that were not faulty . They were supposed to call me back the same day but did not . The next day I called back and they said they still hadnt found any and probably would not be getting any more . I had no choice but to get a refund . Appalling customer service and I will never use this company again .

Absolutely disgusted with service received.. Ordered online UGG dandelion 2 in size 4 for a special Christmas gift.. What arrived was a size 5. Embarrassingly my partner could not hide her disappointment on Christmas Day.. On Boxing Day I went into the local store at Hyndland to see about exchanging the size to an EU36. And was advised that there was 3 pairs showing but one pair was damaged and another was put aside for staff member (surely customers should take priority..!). Overall my experience with Daniel couldn't have been any more disastrous.. Completely ruined Christmas Day..

Worse delivery service because I was told that it would be delivered before Christmas but it did not arrive . Parcel was lost and I am absolutely angry .

I spent almost £200 and I recieved 2 different style of boots in the box! I received a reluctant sorry and have had to chase my refund! Bad service and no acknowledment to emails sent

Twice now me and the Mrs have ordered stuff showing in stock online only to receive a phone call the next day saying they don't have it. Wont be shopping here again! And we have had a fair bit from them over the years, but the service seems to have plummeted!! KG for us in future.

Very disappointed. Ordered some wellies from the website, paid for them and then rec'd an email some time later saying they were not in stock creating a bit of a panic before Xmas as I needed to try and source them elsewhere and stocks were low everywhere if at all. You need to have a more robust online system that is somehow linked to stock levels to save wasting peoples time. In this age of fantastic IT surely this is an easy system to implement and would help create a loyal online customer rather than one here that will bypass you for ever more now.

You emailed me to say my bag had been despatched on 16 December but I haven't received it yet, when I rang the mail uk the tracking number was for someone else in a different part of the country so I'm still waiting ......

Placed order in time for Christmas. Few days later received an email to say the item was out of stock so order was cancelled. Surely it is possible to know if the item is in stock before accepting the order. Frustrating! Email advising me the order was cancelled should also have told me when the item would be back in stock. This was my first order with Daniel footwear and I now have only the impression that customer service and realibility is poor.

I ordered a pair of Clementine boots which you showed in stock and you accepted the order and cashed my money. Four days later you advised that you had nil stock and eventually refunded my CC. very disappointing service as this was to be a xmas gift. John Devine

Initially I thought the boots I ordered were gorgeous. Unfortunately when I tried them on the left boot was smaller than the right. I sent them back and had to pay for the postage (£11!) because the boots were on sale. However I give customer services a 5* for refunding me the postage after I called to complain and for processing my refund quickly. Such a shame the boots weren't of a higher standard

I ordered this phone case and was charged for it I hadn't heard if it had been dispatched so I called and asked when this would be I was then told the order wasn't in stock and I couldn't get it even though I had been charged for this Terrible first time experience won't be shopping there again

Would be scored zero if an option 18 days since they delivered the wrong item. And despite me sending 5 emails over the last 18 days. Only one reply to say they would send the correct ones when in stock (I had all ready said in previous emails that I didn't want them anymore) PLEASE REPLY!!!!!! GRRRRR

Didnt arrive on time delivery people told your customer services they left parcel with neighbour they didnt have it not nice keep asking i called up several times

I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas present and 3 days after I'd done the order it was cancelled and I was refunded because you had run out of stock!very disappointed as they were obviously in stock when I ordered them. Amanda
