Ordered Michael Kors heels and paid etc then later than night got a call from a girl saying they were out of stock and would never be back in stock.

Will never use again. Informed me 5 days after my order the item was out of stock. Contacted 3 times to get a refund. Awful customer service.

Bought a bag from Daniel footwear last Friday morning at £247.50. The money was taken from the account. On the Saturday evening I got a vague email saying that the bag was out of stock. Money still isn't back in the account. Awful customer service skills. Barely an apology! Now I can't get the bag anywere else!

Placed an order and paid for some shoes to receive and email 3 days later to say they were out of stock....... Logged back in to see that they were still available for order

I was pleased with my Black Friday bargain and the service was first class, i received an international delivery within 4 days. Unfortunately, the excitement did not last too long, the item was faulty. I'm not one for returning items, especially internationally. Though, the returns policy was straight forward and i hope to receive a swift refund transaction process, i much rather have a perfect pair of boots. My only suggestion will be that items are checked thoroughly prior to posting them to avoid such situations. I will look forward to future bargain buys in perfect condition. Service: *****Very Good

Had to return my boots because too small and incurred a cost of over £11 for postage- will never order from you again as no free postage

Made a purchase in Black Friday to then be told two days later the item is not in stock nor would they be restocking!!! Website is faulty as correct stock levels are not shown!!! Waste of my time! Still awaiting refund.

Ordered a pair of Ugg gloves during the Black Friday offer. Received an email to tell me they were out of stock. I phoned twice to suggested an alternative and was told someone would call me back. The phone calls were never returned. I received an email after the Black Friday deal expired to tell me they were issuing a refund. Had they have return the call I could have had my alternative choice. Now I will go to an alternative supplier. I will not be using again.

I ORDERED BOOTS AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THEM THEN I AWAITED DELIVERY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE NEVER IN STOCK AND SHOULDNT OF LET ME PAY FOR THEM. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE STOCK AND THE PRICE WILL PROBABLY SHOOT UP ONCE THESE SALES ARE OVER

I cant beleive that an order has been mixed up and as one of the customers, I was not updated. I had to call the company to find out what was going on with my order! This was a next day delviery request, paid for, and to date have not received my order, or a refund! Very dissapointed and would not use this company again!

After ordering I asked salesman to be discreet with packaging he said he would notify said shop. After receiving goods through courier my partner took them in and she knew what they were with Danial footwear all over packaging and even what was in side .no more Christmas surprise for her ,I'm really upset about it as they were meant to be a suprise

Having enquires which size to order being 391/2. Was advised to order size 7. The boots were too big and large on legs. Returned at great expense over £11.00. This is the only company I know which does not offer free returns. Will not be reordering again. Other reputable shoe company's charge delivery. Then on returns reimburse the cost. I find Daniels way of dealings are avoiding this.

I was sent the wrong size that I had ordered I wanted to wear them for a special occasion so felt let down. The service is usually very good Ialthough I am still awaiting a refund

I ordered a pair of Jack Jones suede deck shoes in a size 12 but was sent one size 12 and one size 7! I called to arrange a return and was told that I would have to first send back the faulty order and provide evidence of the recorded delivery before I would be sent a replacement! I was not able to do this during my week of 12hr shifts before the weekend at which point I need these shoes! I am still waiting on the promised call back to arrange alternative arrangements! I am frustrated that a mistake like this can happen in the first place and even more annoyed that the onus is on me to sort your mistake! Please hurry and sort this appalling example of customer service.
