I had these shoes marked as "notify me when on sale" and had been waiting ages for these. Finally got to order them and then a few days later I received an email telling me they're out of stock. Very disappointed and I understand these are high in demand but could the website not state they were out of stock? The email didn't even ask if I wanted to exchange them with something.

My order arrived promptly a day after I ordered. Opened them up to find the £100 Vivienne Westwood shoes I'd bought for my fiancé were scratched and had glue on them. They were very poorly made. I sent them back the next day and had to chase everyday after that to see what was happening. 4 days after I'd sent them back I decided to give them a call and was told they were looking at the new pair as we spoke and they would be despatched on Monday. I received an email on Wednesday saying the shoes were now out of stock and would I like to exchange them for something else. I've asked for my money back as to be honest the whole saga has been a joke. Will never use them again... Van mildert from now on I think

My order was cancelled by yourselves 4 days after it was paid for. After calling your customer services the only valid reason was that my delivery address was different to my billing address. How is that valid if the option is given to you in the request of where you want it sent! LUDICROUS*** Dont have the option of delivery on your website if you only want it sent to the billing address!!! So, i had to re-order, the person on the other end of the phone told me it will be sent to my office as originally requested but hey ho - it ended up at my home address instead. SHODDY SERVICE.......

As is common with online retailers, verification is required that the payment card is registered at the billing address provided. Very disappointed with the service so far! There was nothing on the order form to say my goods would be delivered by courier therefore I gave a PO BOX address with which our Royal mail postmen are familier. I ordered on 4th December so some days later when the parcel hadnt arrived I looked into this. I sent several emails. One reply was that the goods had to be returned by Hermes and then redespatched to another address . Nothing has arrived so far! I telephoned your Leeds office this afternoon and spoke to Georgia who was to look into the problem and phone me back today. I told her I'd be at this number until 6.30pm but I have not yet received a call though I see that your office closes at 6pm.I would like some answers by tomorrow please? I purchased a pair of shoes for a special occasion and after wearing them for about two to three hours the heel of the shoe disintegrated and needed reheeling. I have e-mailed Daniel Footwear with photos and they don't even have the decency to reply I will never use them again.

My package never arrived it time for the reason of purchase. I got a phone call from someone to say that the package had be labelled and sent to them instead of me!! A completely random person who only was able to get in touch because of my details on the invoice inside!! I then had to collect the package from them!! Not happy at all with the service and the items are being returned to you and a full refund is wanted!

Unfortunately there was an issue with payment, and customer services asked me to provide additional proof of address. They seemed professional, and keen to resolve the issue. After providing my proof of address as requested, I asked them to confirm that everything was ok with my order. Since then I have not heard from them at all, even after another follow up. Checking on my account on line, it seems that my order has been cancelled, without telling me why. But they have contacted me to ask me to review my "purchase" in order to help them improve as a company. So in simple terms Daniel Footware - just please have the courtesy to answer queries, and keep us consumers when we have issues updated.

Still not received shoes as Hermes won't deliver without a signature, why not use click an collect or collect from store as surely most people are at work in the day time

I placed an order on Dec 4th and 3 days later an email advising my order had been cancelled as my details could not be verified. The lady in the phone couldn't explain and so I reordered on Dec 9th paying for next day delivery - it is the 11th and I haven't even had an email confirming that my order has been accepted or is out for delivery! I'll wait until end if day before calling back.

I ordered some Stuart Weitzman Jitterbug boots in Size 40 and received them quickly. However, they were too large and so I returned them on December 1st by recorded delivery. This is where it all seemed to go wrong; I received no communication to say boots received. I rang Monday 7th December and no one could confirm the boots had been received and I was told there was only one size 39 left. I rang again today (Wednesday 9th) to ask what had happened. I was told someone would call me back. No one did so I rang again. The boots have been received but no real date was given as to when I would receive the size 39. They suggested next Wednesday and I said there is only one size left - I don't know if they have been reserved or if they will be sent. I would like some email confirmation about what is happening. Disappointed that it has all gone wrong....

I have had my order cancelled as you were not able to verify my address. I have lived at 88 Gayne Drive my entire life (54 yrs) and have always been on the electoral roll. I have had no problems with any other online transaction and delivery has always been to my sisters address at 31 Gainside Road, as I am at work during the day. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Daniels and will not shop with you again. This item was for my neice's Christmas but I will now just get it from John Lewis who have no problem delivering to me!

I had a poor experience of ordering boots on-line at Daniel. I had visited a Daniel Shop and wasn't sure about a pair of boots I tried on. When I got home I orders and paid for the boots on-line. My order was confirmed . Two days later I got an email saying the boots were no longer available and that I could expect a refund within 2-4 days. I was upset about this as I had paid in good faith that I would receive them. I bought another pair of boots. I then received the original boots from Daniel. I no longer required the boots and then had to go to the post office and pay a further £11'00's to return the boots I had been told were unavailable . i am still waiting for a refund for the boots and postage. Not great service just a load of hassle and inconvenience......and still no refund. Not good enough.

I still have not received my boots, U.K. Mail left me a missed you card and it said they would deliver next day. Nothing has arrived and I have now been waiting a week, contacted them via email, as there is no telephone number and they said cannot redeliver and that you have to give further instructions. Have contacted Mark in your customer services and waiting for a reply. Been a lot of hassle already please sort this out for me. I also need to make you aware I look after my mother with dementia and 90 years old so I am there a lot of the time. Thank you

My purchase of ugg boots were fabulous unfortunately the delivery let them down. The delivery company left them on my doorstep. I had been working away so they could have been left there for either one or two days. In this weather they could have been ruined or in fact stolen. Something you might want to take up with the carriers

After receiving the order over a week after they were ordered, I have opened them to find they are a completely different pair of shoes to what I have ordered, so now have to return before I can have the actual wellington boots I have ordered.

Ordered a pair of boots from this online site waited 8 days for them to be delivered still no boots phoned customer services to be told sorry we do not have them in stock anymore when I asked why I had not been informed I was told sorry it was a computer glitch and was offered my £135 back they had my money for eight days no communication nothing would never buy from them again disgusting service

I order size 3 uggs on the receipt in the box it said size 3 and you sent me size 4. Lady on the phone said to send them back and would take 48hrs. I've asked for my money and went to buy from the shop instead as I need the boots. Am still waiting for my money to be refunded

Item was out of stock even after you had taken my money then had to wait 3 days for my refund to go back in to my bank account. I rang up to enquire about this and didnt get much help on the phone call, so missed out on a 25% off offer and could have got the bag elsewhere. Have ordered quite alot in the past but will not shop here again.

Would never use Daniel footwear again until they stop using UKMAIL!!! Any company that use this delivery service is at risk of losing a large number of customers because UKMAILS poor level of service rubs off on them
