I am very dissapointed with your service. I bought a pair of shoes of Michael Kors of the size 39, and i received the 39 1/2. When i wrote you for a change or reimburse you told me that as i had bought it on sales I had to pay the post back. So for me it is too much unconfortable and messy to go to the post,pay again and, wait for your answer. I will never again buy you in wour web and i will not recommend you.

Shoes doesn't look as they are discribed. First of all, they look as they are already worn. Also, on the right shoes is missing a gold branded hardware on leather bow. I would like to sent you an image if it's possible. I dont won't to send back shoes because on their site there is no other product of these kind. I ask them at least to send me those part which is missing, but they want to get back item for inspection. On my opinion, there is nothing to inspect, all is visibly on the photo I sent them. I must say that I'm very disappointed because it was my first experience with shopping"on line". And I would say the last one.

Did not receive order. Was in stock when I ordered then was told 4 days later that the stock was 'too damaged to sell' I was told I could not judge that myself as the stock was 'sent back' to wherever it came from. Lady I spoke to on Customer Services was very nice and apologetic, but will never be shopping with Daniel Footwear again, and will never be recommending.

Shoes were delivered in a damaged box, one shoe was wrapped perfectly, the other had clearly been an ex display. There was no attempt to wrap it, it was loose in the box with no protective cover or insert. The heel was scratched in 2 places. I phoned customer services, dismissive & unhelpful. Returned shoes to Loughton branch where staff were v helpful as usual on 10th September. Still awaiting confirmation of refund 20 days later from Head Office despite emailing them.

Ordered some dkny varsity trainers for my wife for her birthday on Friday ,but then got a email on Tuesday saying I've been refunded!!!! I emailed twice to try understand why But still No explanation??? I shall not be using Daniel footware again with appalling service like this!! Regards Paul Newton

I received my second order from the Daniel Footwear website - the boots I ordered came as follows: Left foot size 36 (as ordered) and right foot size 39. This is a slight improvement on the first time I ordered when I received the wrong boots altogether. I also wrote to the Help email address and to date have still not received any response. Your staff in the Mill Hill shop were very helpful and apologetic though the mistake was not of their making.

Assured delivery would be on Friday before I placed order to then be emailed at end of day to say it wouldn't called and found Chloe unhelpful then called again and spoke to man who sorted delivery for Saturday so I had to give birthday gift late

Ordered a pair of boots and waited over a week for them to arrive. My delivery estimate was between 2 and 4 working days. When I emailed Daniel they replied saying they would look into it. As I had no idea how long that would take, I cancelled the order. There was no apology. Their online service is bad, they don't show any interest in keeping customers happy. I won't recommend this company nor will I buy from them again.

Ordered a backpack they sent me a make up bag which was a quarter of the size and fraction of the price. It took a while trying to return the incorrect item in the mean time they sold out of the item I wanted. Very disappointing especially as it was my first time ordering from them.

I purchased a pair of shoes in the sale and online it stated to order a size smaller as they were bigger sized. So I did. When they turned up they were too small. I then called customer service and we agreed to exchange at gun wharf. I travelled all the way there via hover boat to find the shop had closed down 2 months prior . Angrily, I rang again. Then a week or so later I received free postage to exchange. Two weeks later they sent me the same bloody size back again. I rang again. I was promised a Friday delivery with a pick up of others at the same time as these shoes were to go with a dress for a wedding . After all this stress I still haven't got the bloody shoes. I want compensation

I bought a pair of boots a month ago. When they arrived it was shock to the system - one boot was size 39 (right foot) and another boot was size 40 (left)! I tried to call number of times to Daniel Footwear's Customer service. They promised to resent the correct pair but it has been 3 weeks and nothing has been done about it. Just shocking. I am still awaiting the solution to this.

Very very disappointed with Danial Foptwear and its customer service. I was dealt with the most unexperienced staff and the item ordered was firstly wrongly sent and when corrected it had some of its contents missing. I will not be ordering from this site ever again, previously a happy customer now I will go elsewhere

My sandals were sent to the wrong address and two weeks later I haven't had a replacement or any contact from they except from this form! Won't ever use again

Ordered a pair of Sandhurst Carlyle Hunters boots on 31st July in a size 6 UK. Received confirmation emails etc and received boots on Aug 4th...one boot a size 6 as ordered and THE OTHER boot in a size 3 UK..whomever packed and sent those was clearly having a laugh right?! 3 phone calls later to their 'customer service' team I was told by voicemail that another pair of boots were being despatched THAT DAY ie the 4th of August. Guess what people it's the 12th today and NO BOOTS so far!!! Called them AGAIN yesterday to check where the hell my boots are and was told that they 'WEREN'T SCANNED ONTO THE LORRY'...so NOONE KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE ...SO THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY!!. GET THIS..they have sent ANOTHER pair of boots 'allegedly' ...I asked to have CONFIRMATION of this by email, was assured I would and NATURALLY I HAVE NOT!..What a serious bunch of cowboys....never ever again..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY..reporting to trading standards...absolute jokers.

Ordered product on next day delivery. 3 days later no sign of product. Called up and they contacted courier. They said they would call me back. Didn't call me back so I chard them. Eventually 1 week later found out that the courier had lost the parcel. Requested refund. In that 1 week the product went out of stock with every other supplier so lost the chance to buy it at all. Very unimpressed

I've ordered and paid for a pair of shoes over 3 weeks ago but still haven't received them. I contacted them several times and each time they come up with new excuses. I am really fed up and at this stage I just want my money back
