Shoes thrown over neighbours fence, left for 5 days, asked for refund, but they sent me more shoes, left at neighbours without telling me, still waiting on my money.

I find your website the slowest, most frustrating website that I have shopped on. Everytime that I put an item in my shopping bag, I was unable to get back to the page that I was looking at and I had to start from the beginning each time putting in my preferences.

The shoes were cheaply made & the stitching all frayed badly all over the the shoe after only a couple of hours of wear. Supposedly designer & expected better quality.

I received the wrong pair of shoes. Daniel have refunded the shoes minus the postage cost. Bad Company practice. Why should I have to pay postage costs. It was their mistake. It was my first order from Daniel and it will be my last.

My order came the day b4 and the zip was broken. Can't return as I was going America the next day and it was a gift. I have now given the wallet to the person it was for and she will get it fixed.

Bought a Marc Jacobs iPad Air Case, nice case until when you start using it. The case has 2 levels of folding to stand, non of d levels will stay upright, it slides right back down. Had to use something to hold the side up so it stays upright. Contacted customer service and was told to send it back for inspection. A week after sending, heard nothing. I called them to find out what if they had received the item or not as I hadn't heard from them, they said they have but were very busy and someone would call me a week later. 2 weeks went buy still no call. I called again and was told they were on holiday in their inspection team. I said I needed my item and the lady said she would look into it and call me back. I got a call back that same day and was told the item hadn't been deemed faulty, that it was fine and wouldn't be able to offer an exchange. I found this very ridiculous as it was not fit for the intended purpose and how they didn't see that, I don't get. They also said there were some stains on it. Stains, maybe but not faulty, I don't agree. It still doesn't change the fact that the item is faulty.ver very poor judgement in their head office inspection team. Will never buy again from them as their return process is not straight forward

Well where do I start. When I received my order inside the box was someone else's shoe order including their personal details on the order confirmation. I rang the customer service to tell them what had happened but was disappointed by the level of concern that I was shown regarding the breach of confidentiality for both my own and another customers personal information. At the end of the call I was promised that my shoes would be despatched immediately and I would receive them in next few days . After over a week and still no shoes I rang customer services again to be told that my order had still not left the warehouse and that they did not know why and that they would refund me the money to my account and cancel the order. A very disappointing experience and still no shoes !!!! Very unlikely to use the online service again and still waiting an appology.

My size 4/37 mules are more like a size 3. Not sized properly and being returned today. I don't expect to be charged for the postage.

Your courier needs to be sorted out going forward as they are letting you down. A text arrives with a time etc and then they don't turn up or even contact you. Got a text the next day with a new time etc and he was still late by nearly 2 hours, absolute disgrace.

Aside from receiving one product less. I was so disappointed and unhappy after being advised with the Costumer service Manager. To bring my NEW ordered shoe to the cobbler although they are willing to reimburse the money of course after receiving the receipt. It's just for me it's their obligation to mend it for giving a valued costumer a default one after ordering a "brand new" shoes

I ordered shoes that Daniel Shoes apparently never had in stock. I am not sure how that can be possible, to offer something online that you don't have. I got told after days of waiting for shoes I needed/wanted for work.

After purchasing a pair of Ralph Lauren flip flops the logo came off after wearing them for 2 days I contacted customer services and sent them a picture I have been informed that this doesn't affect me wearing them so they will not be exchanging them I'm very disappointed with this company I won't be shopping with again and would not recommend them to anyone else Very poor quality and service

I orderd vwestwood sandals and for the price of them thay were very poorly made very poor quality... Av sent them back and waiting for a repliy and a full refund!

I bought the blue Svenja trainer towards the end of last summer. They are described as 'ultimate comfort' but are SO uncomfortable. There's something wrong with the lining of one of the shoes and it really runs. I didn't wear them much at first and by the time I realised I couldn't return.

My order is very late. They didn't call me to find out what house number to deliver to as I had mistakenly left it out in the order form so apparently they delivered to a random house. Order still not received. Called customer services and she was very rude. Tried the live chat and was still treated badly by Chloe who just ended the chat when she felt like it. Not impressed at all.

Ordered a pair of mini Mellisa Wellington boots for my daughter with next day delivery . Arrived in time really happy, unfortunatley the wrong size was sent and on web site it asked for uk size which I ordered size 5 euro 22 what arrived was a size US size 5 euro 19/20 very deceiving on web site so watch out for this. I will be returning this product not a happy customer as the boots were for a trip with nursery school ??????
