Daniel footwear was very helpful and product was good but unfortunately the delivery service was awful! Will not be shopping online with you again

Delivery time was reasonable but I was very shocked that I had to pay to return the item (as the boots I ordered didn't fit). If I'd have know that beforehand I wouldn't have ordered from this website. I was left £12 out of pocket

Not had a great experience in all honesty. Ordered online a beige DKNY bag for my Wife's xmas present. Got sent the wrong one - Got sent the Khaki version of the bag. I phoned up customer services and the chap on the phone was very helpful and sorted out getting the correct one sent to me. He was brilliant and very efficient and did some ringing around the stores to locate me the correct bag. Sent back the incorrectly sent bag nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received a refund. Chased it up with them and they have lots of returns to work through apparently.

Gorgeous shoes but had to return as too small. Wish you did bigger than size 41 !!!!

I've given 3 Stars for this particular order as have returned the boots as did not fit. I am currently awaiting returns confirmation from yourselves. The last couple of orders I loved & kept. I'd very much like to suggest that I feel a 'free returns' label / service would be an excellent idea! Out of all the on-line shops I do use Daniel Footwear is the only one that does not provide this service. I feel this is some what behind the times & will put people off ordering freely to try as returning such sizeable boxes can be £15 + Perhaps this is something that could be looked at to be amended. I'm sure your customers would appreciate this & would certainly order more freely. Best regards

Unfortunately I was delivered the wrong pair for slippers. I now have to find the time to return them (as I work full time) I hope the correct slippers are delivered to me the second day .

Really good price + an 10% discount available The box arrived very tatty so I was beyond disappointed to hand them over (birthday gift for my niece). The way the shipment was packaged - It was very obvious the the box would get tatty as no protection, bubble wrap etcv..... when I bought a high end pair of shoes as a birthday gift I wanted to hand over a flush pristine project - not something that looked like a shop seconds!

The flip flops I ordered came up very small so have had to return them - am still waiting for my refund

I want to make sure that everyone understands that my 3 stars are NOT for Daniel Footwear customer service, but for the product I ordered. They have been very very helpful & communication has been great! Thank you for that, guys! However, the Armani Jeans High Top Wedge Sneaker disappointed me a lot. The quality of how they are made is impeccable, no doubt, but they are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever bought. The size runs small, by a whole size! Mind that! But besides that, there is nothing shock absorbing or just non-hard at the ball of your foot & the heel.

Ordered a pair of trainers that weren't available anywhere else, paid for next day delivery which Daniel footwear promptly dispatched however the delivery company you use are awful. Received a time slot for delivery so had to leave work early, then waited 4 hours and no delivery. Phoned the delivery company but it was closed. Following day I was told the driver ran out of driving hours so I had to collect the parcel from their pick up point. Completely dissatisfied!!

I ordered goods from Daniel Footwear on a Sunday with a next day delivery charge,and received my shoes on Thursday, I was extremely disappointed, I am off work on a Monday and Tuesday and phoned DF and was told they were scheduled for Tuesday but they never arrived, I went to work on Wednesday and left a note on my door saying leave in a safe place, a card was put through my door saying sorry we missed you, but when I went online to rearrange the number was invalid and could not get into the system. It turns out the shoes were left with a neighbour 5 houses away and I was not told this, Daniel Footwear charged me next day delivery and didn't fulfil, very poor service in my eyes .
