“I was not very happy to have had to pay £14 to return a previous item.”

“Ordering was straight forward and delivery was reasonably quick . I received a discount on my first order which was very nice but when it came to returning the items I was annoyed to find that because of the discount I had to pay for the return postage . Had I paid full price the return would have been free . Return postage cost me approx £ 15 ! Because of this I will not be ordering from Daniel Footwear in the future .”

“Good service and value for money. Shoes came in good time and are very comfortable.. However the shoe box in which the shoes came in looked like it had been thrown around a room with the amount of dints and rips in it”

“I would love to give a review a good one I hope but I am still waiting for my boots. I ordered the a wk today an still not arrived not very happy as they were a gift for my wife birthday today so a bit late!!!!”

“Love the Daniel brand of shoes but find they are not a true 39 Wish I would have known this before ordering as it would have saved me missing out on a great pair of boots in the sales”

“I ordered some gorgeous boots which unfortunately we're too small. When I went to send them back it cost me £14 which is outrageous as I have no boots to show for it. As a result of this I will not be ordering from Daniel again!”

“I ordered a pair of Fly London Seti boots in tan (camel), however, they were quite different in colour when I opened the box and the lighter one had lots of marks on them and the leather was softer as if it had been used for trying on. I would like to say that when I rang the customer services number the lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She was very apologetic and talked me through the returns process and has ordered me another pair to replace them. Because of this I would shop here again. Thanks”

“Never visited this website before but was really impressed with the range and prices. Was unfortunately not so impressed with the delivery, no communication as to why there was such a delay and I had to chase on this twice.”

“Delivery service poor item left outside to get soaking wet in the middle of a driveway. Pleased with the item but customer service a joke was offered 10% discount on future purchases which was available to all anyway! So basically offered nothing considering the sorry state in which my package arrived.”

“I purchased a Michael Kors bag in the sale which was beautiful but it came in the post badly wrapped just in a paper bag & a bin liner, the bag had a few scuffs on which I got off but it shouldnt have happened. Fast delivery.”

“Ordered boots described as knee boots . They were in fact over the knee . Would not have purchased had this been clear on the website . Have returned boots unfortunately at my expense as had to pay substantial postage !”

“Very small sizing, order the size up, I have never had a problem with calf sizing but could not zip these up and too small around the toes”

“I have ordered from here before so this must have been a one off. I paid for next day delivery on items but they didn't arrive, the csr did refund the delivery charge but I didn't get my boots until 3 days later. I rang several times for updates and whilst the csr' were really helpful they didn't do what they said they were going to do which was call me with an update. The experience has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and as such not sure if I would use them again. It's such a shame as I have got a lot of shoes/boots in the past”

“The ordering part is fine but I think you need to review your dispatch and delivery service I received someone else's shoes and then was advised by uk mail that I was due a delivery at a set time and nothing came! Very annoying would make me think twice about ordering from you again!”
