Loved the colour, too pointed and even though I ordered a 5 (usually 5.1/2) they were too big

Although im quite pleased with my purchase it came delivered in a plastic bag and being a very soft leather handbag was rather squashed I had to really stuff the bag out for a few days to get rid of creasesi think this could easily be rectified by being boxed also it had the sale tickets on so had clearly just been taken off the shop floor as was also a little dusty i just think when you are buying high end designer items regardless of being in the sale these small things make a difference

The initial email response, dispatch, packaging and delivery was very prompt and efficient. For this, I score a very good. Communication was fabulous throughout this process! Unfortunately, the shoes were unsuitable, so I sent them back. I think the company could/should acknowledge that they received the goods back and informed me if/when the refund had been made. For this, I score Poor in terms of communication.

Sizing is on the large side. I always buy a 41 and they were huge. Exchanged for a 40 and they still fill a bit on the large side although I wouldn't want to go any smaller. Good quality leather boot if only the sizing was better

Whilst delivery was quick and the shoes were well packed, the shoes were two different shades of blue obviously because one had been on display and the other had not. These shoes are no good and I wont be wearing them sadly.

Unfortunately there was a mix-up and I received someone else's order but the customer service team were quick to help out! This will not put me off and I will use Daniel Footwear again.

Purchased two sizes of the Tory Burch sandals and returned one size the following day after I received initial package. It's now three weeks and still yet to receive a refund for the item returned... Daniel Footwear does have a good selection online but returns process needs to be a little faster, could consider 'click and collect' in the London area.

Postage took longer than other things ordered on the Internet. The colour ordered was 'white' but the shoe - although comfortable - was more a light beige colour which was a bit disappointing.

i returned unsuitable godds to STANMORE on june 19th and after one week i contacted your customer services just to enquire as to whether the itme had been received and the returns process was started. the response i got was that it takes time and nodefinite response was obtained when i further sent an email at the beginningof the week. I contacted custoemr services today (2/7/2015) and spoke to OLIVER who was delightful and confirmed my items had been returned and that he would prcoess the refund . he needs to be commended for superb customer service which was not received until now

This is my first order in Daniel Footwear. I order two bags one is https://www.danielfootwear.com//new-arrivals-c1/women-c77/maxillaria-small-contrast-reptile-bowling-bag-p80599/s409480 and https://www.danielfootwear.com//new-arrivals-c1/women-c77/black-patent-heartwine-crossbody-bag-p80605/s409486 but the crossbody i received the wrong one. I received a D&G. I don't have time to complain anymore because i just give it to my friend. I just disappointed its my first time to order in this site and they got already faulty. Thanks!

Product delivered promptly. Product was marked and scuffed and was sent back. Returns not as smooth as would have expected but was completed eventually.

The UGG boots are absolutely great and I love them. Unfortunately the use of the courier from Daniel Footwear let them down. Trying to arrange a mutual time for delivery proved difficult and communication was poor. The time for despatch was quick.

My order for a pair of shoes arrived promptly and packed beautifully !! They were too big - so I returned them via Royal Mail and received a postal Certificate, however I am still in negotiation with Daniels footwear awaiting for their receipt for the shoes. I also requested a smaller size but due to the recent problem I have asked for that to be cancelled.

I loved the appearance of these boots but was disappointed when I put them on and discovered that they had a hidden wedge. The boots were true to size but I prefer flats and didn't like the fit under-foot. Not sure how to rate the boots because they are lovely but not for me!

Ordered a pair of uggs 3 weeks ago which came within 2 days of ordering which I was pleased with but they didn't fit. I sent these boots back the day they were delivered and as of yet not received a replacement pair or got a reply from the email I sent!

Whilst I was happy with the product and service of this company I will not be using this site again as the cost of returning unsuitable items is extortionate. I ordered two pairs of boots which regretfully didn't fit. I have an ankle malformation due to an accident which means finding suitable boots is about trial and error. As the boots were purchased at a reduced price the option of free returns was not available. It cost me £22.00 to return the goods and I have nothing to show for it. A lesson learned from this experience is to ensure I properly read the returns policy prior to purchasing goods online again.

Excellent delivery and initial transaction. Unfortunately Product returned due size issue, customers fault. CR to my account might have been done more smoothly and a little quicker.
