“Date 2014-05-27 Order Reference: 59218 (WEB59218) - order place May 16th and I have still not got neither a shipping advice nor the shoes”

Dear Hans, Thank you for your review. I believe you have now received your dispatch email with your tracking details. Our international orders are shipped as quickly as possible however please note with most international orders there is a handling time on top of the shipping timeframe once the parcel is with our courier. Handling timeframes are usually between 2-6 working days, this process is to allow the products to be returned to our head office from our stores so they can be despatched with a separate courier. “Tan leather wedge size EU38. Sadly, when the shoes arrived, there was a very slight difference in colour - possibly from one being on display in the shop, but moreover, they were very tight. The shoes were so small in fact, they felt a whole size too small so I have had to send them back. They were also very rounded at the toe which appeared to shorted the length of my foot in an unflattering way :( They were a good price however, and a nice summer heel if you have very narrow size 4 feet!”

“The shoes are beautiful and very comfortable. Just dissapointed that when i looked at the shoes again a short time after ordering (before i had received them) the price had been reduced to £19.99 (half price!)”

“Well I still haven't received my sandals yet. I was given a tracking number but you didn't name the courier so I can't check where my parcel is at the moment. It would be a good idea to have a link to the courier company in mu order history. It's been two days since I got the email stating that my package has been dispatched but I take that with a pinch of salt. Another company I ordered off, it took three weeks before I received my parcel. We'll see how could you are when I get my sandels. Shaheen Loughnane”
