I ordered my boots, never recieved a confirmation email, 2days later boots still not arrived, telephoned then lady said"they will be with you tomorrow, il send you an confirmation email which i never recieved again& the boots never arrived that day but the day after

Send both pairs of boots back for refund,as colour was not what i expected. Still awaiting refund..... Pls look into this as soon as possible. Regards, M.edwards.

My order came in good time but very disappointed with the lack of comfort in the style. After 1 days wear the fur had gone flat and all I can feel is hard ridges under my feet.

Was a little disappointed with the delivery time. I know I ordered during the Christmas period but it would've been nice to have received an automated email saying when you guys would be able to deliver in relation to this period. So I wouldn't have had to sit around and wait. The quality of the boots I purchased was outstanding. Though I have asked to exchange for a larger size (so I can wear socks)

Delivery was quick and the boots that came were lovely but were the wrong size to which I ordered and which was stated on the box. They refunded my money promptly and with no problem. Just very disappointed with the wrong item as they were selling for a great price

I was pleased to receive my Ugg Boots at a fantastic price. And the quality and delivery were first rate. My only issue with the order is that neither pair of the 2 pairs that I ordered, were the colour I wanted. I ordered 2, from the same webpage, with the same description, 2 days apart, and they were both different - and neither the colour that I thought I had ordered. The first were a christmas gift for myself from my husband, and the second a gift we then ordered for someone else. Both 2 days before christmas. As they were xmas gifts, we chose not to return them. But it did make me question ordering from Daniel in the future.

I ordered a pair of size 39 brown uggs & was sent a pair of size 36 black boots. Not quite sure how the size AND colour was wrong! I must say that the returns process was very quick & easy & they exchanged them within 10 days. Quite annoyed that I didn't get any apology for their error though!!!

I purchased the Daniel biker boots at a cost of £ 159.00, they are lovely stylish and of good quality. However they are not that comfortable, I ordered a size 8 my usual size, the left boot fits ok but the right boot feels half a size smaller. I have had to buy some cushioned insoles as they feel very hard on the soles of my feet and they are tight across the widest part of my foot and I have quite slim feet. I will have to get them professionally stretched if I am to wear them for log periods of time. I don't think I would buy another pair of Daniel boots unfortunately and I wish I had returned them before wearing outside. I have previously bought several pairs of Timberland boots which are so comfortable.

I ordered two pairs of sandals on the same day but they were delivered at different times, coming from different distribution points. Thankfully my neighbours were around to help. Will use the company again, very happy with both items

What I thought was a size 7, turned out to be a size 8. Misinformed on the website which resulted in me having to return the goods. Not only that because the item was in sale, I had to spend almost £10 on return delivery postage as the free returns label does not cover items purchased in sale!

I can't really review this properly as my product has still not arrived. The ordering process was pretty easy even though it was an international order.

Very nice boots, however, they come up very small. I ordered a size 6 (39), I am a 5.5, the boots are very tight and were a struggle to get on. I am hoping they will stretch.

Shoes are beautiful. Although I got them In the sale they was expensive and when they arrived there was 2 diamonds missing from them. So I was disappointed but decided to keep the shoes anyway because I didn't have time to look for another pair as they was for an occasion.

Cool shoes especially for that price. With a bit disappointed as some suede already came out of the sole after only wearing those 3 days. Also, the size 8 is slightly too big compare to the usual 8 you can find on most high street stores. Otherwise, nice shoes, was happy with the shoe box and the individual bag for each shoes. Feels like buying some £300 shoes.

These are not leather as described - they are ribbon. They are also very tight across the toes so I have had to send them back.

Great shoes, but I paid £7.50 for postage to France, it took 18 days from order to delivery, which is completely unacceptable, and required delivery by a white van. Why not use the post? Would have cost less and been quicker. Unfortunately this means I would not buy from Daniel again.

Dear Julia, Thank you for your feedback and apologies you experienced such a delay with receiving your order, With International orders there is an internal handling time, which can be up to 4 days as we have to transfer stock from our stores to our head office. From there delivery times vary, but to France it should be 3-4 working days with our courier. We will certainly examine what caused such a delay and the extended internal handing time prior to dispatch that your order experienced, and why it took so long to get to you. With regards the courier, we use TNT post to courier all our international parcels, and they sub-contract to local couriers in the country of destination. I would like to say that I was very happy with the product and the packaging but dissapointed with the courier. I received email saying when the goods should be delivered, on that day, I had no parcel so went onto the courier website where the status said out for delivery, so I thought it must be with me the next day, so I thought to myself ok not a big deal at all, but another comes and no parcel and no card through the door. The third day I went to check with my neighbours and they had my parcel confirming it came on the first day. So all this time, the parcel was delivered the right time but website wasn't updated correctly and mainly, courier didn't let me know that they have actually delivered it and where they left it, so total nightmare tracking my parcel down. Also I wanted to contact the seller directly by phone but couldn't find a number on the website and the email response time is too long if you have any issues. Regards Lucy
