Delivery is expensive and slow and I could not collect from my local store. Therefore not competitive on the high street compared to other retailers.

Lovely shoes, poor delivery timings - I chose the next day delivery option and the shoes were delivered 3 days after placing the order

I was very happy with my purchase itself, and had no problems with the Daniel Footwear website when purchasing. However, I was appalled that the delivery service UK Mail left my parcel by throwing it over my garden fence on a day when it was raining. The parcel had fallen into a compost bucket in my garden and was soaking and covered in dirt when I got home from work. All I can say is thank god it was in plastic and the shoes were okay inside! But this was not a nice way to receive a parcel which for me cost a lot of money.

Having never used your website or ordered a pair of footware from you in the past I can only write a review on my only experience. I ordered a pair of Fly sandles for my coming holiday next week. Cannot fault the ordering and the delivery was 100% accurate. Unfortunately on opening my shoebox I was disappointed in finding an odd pair of shoes, both the correct size and colour but not the same style. On telephoning your company I have been told to return my order and you will despatch the correct pair. It is just unfortunate that I will not be able to wear my ordered sandles for my holiday in the sun next week. Looking forward to opening the matching pair of sandles on my return from holiday.

I really love my #Diamante stone biker ankle boots, My complaint is the price, @Really £120, how you justify 3 digits is beyond me, even the sale price £52, which i got them for, Soft leather, sole average, No zip, Do tell how you came to such HIGH PRICE, They worth £29.99. Bought better made tougher leather, great sole for far lesssssssssssss. Is it the name #Daniel

Website is great, service is ok my shoes arrived 4 days after they where ordered but it was ment to be next day delivery. The shoes are very comfy but they mark very easily

The size wasn't correct so I had to return the shoes to the store, they were sale items so I lost the delivery charge. Had asked for 41 but they were labelled 41/42 and far too big, I'd tried 40 in store which were too small.

Boots arrived within the week. Not as fast as some but fast enough. Good packaging. Nice boots but sadly not for me. As I bought them in the sale, I have to pay for the returns as well as the delivery. My fault for not checking but rather disappointed that postage has cost me £10.

Dear Melanie, Thank you for the comments. We do try to make it clear in our returns policy that items purchased in the sale are exempt from free returns however I do apologise if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase. There is the option of returning the item to a nearby Daniel Store free of charge but I can appreciate that there may not be one nearby to make this possible. In situations like this we are always willing to give advice on what the cheapest & safest method for return your item back to us to avoid unnecessary expense. Kind regards, Kris

Hello, I recently ordered two pairs of Bonham Ugg Boots in the black and tan, I received both, a slight issue that I didn't realise that they where not going to be delivered at the same time, but I spoke to the customer service team who where great and explained that I would receive the delivery of the tan boots the day after. I do have a problem with the Tan Boots that I have, the left boot is a lot smaller than the right boot. I wore the black bonham boots yesterday and they are fine in the same size as the tan. It is as if the left boot is not the same width as the right. I drove to work in the boots this morning and my foot is bright red from a 15 minute drive. I have attached images of the boots as you can see a difference in the width of the boot. Is there anything that you can do to resolve this? I am able to move my toes freely in the right boot but in the left I struggle to move my feet? Is this an issue that I need to raise with Ugg? I would appreciate your feedback. Kind Regards Helen

I have ordered shoes twice from you and both times they are on the small side. I am a size 7 and never have this problem anywhere else. It is as if they are a size down. The scarves were OK for the reduced price but would not have paid the full price as the edging on both was not finished on them and I had to tidy them up. Also I do not agree with your policy of no free returns on sale items as this kind of situation is the manufacturers fault not mine. I ordered in good faith, but will be reluctant to purchase shoes again from you.

Quick delivery, but boots were not the colour that they looked in the pictures so returned them using the easy returns but it cost me £15!!!!

When ordering a sale item and you need to return it you unfortunately do need to pay to return which can be a bit pricey. If you need to return a sale item to us in the future we do have 30 stores/ outlets round the UK and if you have a Daniel shop local to you, you can return the order there free of charge. I paid for next day delivery and as I ordered by 7.30am I expected to receive my order the following day but it didn't arrive until the day after, unfortunately I don't this warrants next day service

I paid £4.99 for next working day delivery - this was on a Saturday as I wanted to receive on the Monday. I received a text on the Sunday saying footwear would arrive on Tuesday. My extra payment WAS refunded but didn't get them when I wanted which was more important to me.

I didn't realise that returns on sale items had to be paid for, therefore, considering that cost (£12.98) and the original cost (£3.99) of delivery to me I have decided to go back to the high street for footwear purchases. I was informed that I would be reimbursed the £3.99 original delivery charge to me as goodwill gesture and was provided with a free returns form to use against future purchases. Maybe the returns policy should be more visible.
