“Purchased ugg boots on line unfortunately too small returned first class for refund waited a week no contact from them so called customer service who were sooo helpful and efficient had my refund within 20 minutes but annoyed spent almost ten pounds on postage delivery and return but as sale goods ( value 86 pounds) excluded from free delivery returns may put me off purchasing from Daniel footwear again despite great range and brands”

“Shoes were very comfortable and perfect for the hot evenings, during my holiday. They seem well made and of good quality. Only just arrived in time (as they were not shipped until the day that they should have actually been delivered!) but managed to sling them in my case last minute, just before we left for the airport!”

“Nice sales and excellent service. Bought the wrong size and I was able to get a replacement pretty fast. The only downside is that they dont offer free returns outside UK but they’re very good at compensating for most of the return shipping amount you paid for. Now I’m just waiting for my refund to come through for the returned wrong size shoes and I’ll be ordering more from them!”

“I ordered the product on a Thursday teatime and paid extra for the next day delivery as I wanted the shoes to wear on the Saturday night. I received a notification to say that the delivery would be on the Monday. I rang and asked why and was told that orders after 2pm are processed the following day and then I was told that they don't delivery on Saturday or Sunday. I expressed my disappointment and said I wouldn't have bothered paying for next day delivery. As a good will gesture they offered to and refunded my shipping costs. Product arrived in perfect condition and very happy with the shoes. Will order from Daniel again.”
