“Good range of shoes for all occasions, something a bit different from the high street can normally be found. Easy to order and quick delivery normally. Staff in the shop most local to me (Hale, Cheshire) have always been easy to talk to and accept / resolve returns professionally and nicely.”

“I purchased a beautiful armani scarf from Daniel Footwear. It was beautifully packaged and wrapped with a lovely handwritten note to say thank you which was a lovely gesture as its those little things that make a huge difference. The only slight problem i occured was i ordered on a Wednesday and paid extra for faster delivery expecting it to come in time for Mothers Day and it didnt. It arrived Monday the day after and i thought why did i pay extra delivery for faster shipping then? Apart from that delivery notifications on the day by text message were useful.”

“Shipping was insanely quick and I am international! Was sent the wrong pair of shoes and then my size was out of stock—which is the only reason not a perfect score. Their customer service was amazing and did everything they could to remedy the situation”

“Very pleased with the lovley Michael Kors bag , and a great price all fine, but I did think as the bag could have been so easily damaged that it should have been mailed in a small box for protection not a flimsy piece of plastic, it was not damaged as it turned out which was lucky, but I would definately think about the problems you could encounter if it had of been, it would make me think twice about ordering anything else.”

“Very good service. Only down point, if you need to return an item which is over 1kg with their recommended returns service it is over £11.00! Apart from that painful extraction all good.”

“Love my boots but they did come up v generous. Could of done with half size smaller. Quick delivery. Only criticism of Daniel Footwear is that after they gave me discount code which was to be used on sale items. The shoes I wanted, the code was not applicable for??!! Wasn’t impresssed!”

“I purchased a lovely pair of Luca Grossi sandals, a brand which I love because they are so comfortable and super stylish and the quality of leather is superb. I have bought this brand from you in the past and you stocked it in size 35 but this is no longer the case and I had to buy it in size 36 which was not ideal for me.It is a brand which comes up big so it would be better if you could stock sizes 35 or 35 1/2 again please”

“The boots arrived very quickly and they were very good quality, reasonably priced (sale price). They weren’t quite the colour I was imagining and so I sent them back. The refund was very quick too. I had to pay over £10 to send them back because of the box size and weight and to make sure I could prove postage - this will put me off ordering online again and so I will have to travel to one of the shops instead!”

“The service from Daniel footwear was very good. Shoes arrived very quickly, however the shoes were supposed to be a size 2 and were nowhere near that. I returned them to the Glasgow shop to be told that the shoes I had ordered were big made. This would have been helpful in the description online. I will keep looking at your products but will probably go to the shop as I can try them on there.”

“Great range of products at competitive prices. Delivery OK, but bit of confusion from customer services and not knowing that my order had already been delivered. Would purchase from again however owing to the range of footwear they sell.”
