“My order were same as seen in the pictures online. The delivery was faster than expected which was amazing. However, the jelly shoes I got for my daughter runs small and I called in to exchange but I was told it’s the company’s policy not to do exchange I had to post it back at a cost(it was on sale) and couldn’t order the bigger size again because I will have to pay for postage. Overall, I was happy I clicked on the advert that led me to thier website!”

“The boots I bought were absolutely stunning. Great fit, style and quality. Really a timeless boot. Highly recommended. Just as well i went with my instinct and ordered my normal size because customer service advised me 2 sizes up even after i gave them the exact measurements of my foot. I don't know how that works out!!! The boots are stunning, customer service could be more efficient and improved.”

“Customer service was excellent as I was unable to track my order due to incorrect tracking no being issued. CS sent me correct no & tracked order for me. Unfortunately the boots I ordered didn’t fit & I had to return them.”

“loved the boot style and colour but disappointed that after one wear the sparkle came off on the inner tongue. Luckily the shop exchanged but commented that this was a common fault.”

“I read a few negative reviews about this company but decided to give them a try and ordered a Michael Kors bag . It arrived and was damaged. I contacted the company several times with my issue . Yesterday another bag arrived as promised and in time for Christmas. I think the real judgement for any company is how they deal with you if you have goods you are not happy with or a complaint about them. In my case I can only say I was dealt with well and the end result was as promised. In spite of a few hiccups I would definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“Quick delivery bit size information could have been better I would have liked 4.5 but the only available options were 4, 5 etc no information to day that if you order a 5 it's actually a UK 5.5 that comes so my boots are a bit big.”
