My order never arrived. They are telling me that it can't be refunded. I believe that is fraudulent. Go elsewhere to make purchases!!! Never again fooling me!!

I got the Davinci iq2 because I like being able to smoke when I’m on the go and need to relax or relieve my anxiety. However the look and feel is perfect. I love the sleek feel and the weight in your hand it’s satisfying. Only downfall is that you can’t get big clouds with this due to the “heat not burn” factor. I wish it honestly would burn because maybe the taste would be better. I haven’t got any type of “high” off of it yet but I haven’t sat down for a session yet. I’m in the process of trying to return it but nobody’s responded yet. And I don’t want to be out almost $300.

Customer service is terrible. Shipping delays are ridiculous. Not worth the hassle. Step it up Davinici !

Ordered my vaporizer almost three weeks ago, last update on tracking was 10 days ago?? Still no estimated delivery date?? Tough to write a review? Never had something take 3 plus weeks for delivery?

doesn't work well at all, on high heat you can't really tell if you are getting a hit, no cloud and very faint taste. Totally disappointed!

The MIQRO-C started malfunctioning after less than 2 weeks of use. When using a fully charged battery, the MIQRO-C will shut off almost immediately while there is still 80% charge left in the battery. Other than the MIQRO-C malfunctioning and not working, it worked as advertised.

Terrible customer service shipping took forever and the “adult verification” shipping did nothing but throw a package on my porch. The device is cool but gets clogged easily. Not sure this was worth the hassle.

I can’t speak on the product quality unfortunately. My vape was sent missing a part (it’s unusable without the part) and after 3 days I haven’t received a response. Additionally, the shipping service didn’t call me before arriving since an adult had to sign. They also told me they’d come back on a day which they didn’t. I got lucky and they caught me home to sign for the package eventually.

I have been a customer of DaVinci Vaporizer for many years. I have quite a collection of their Vaporizers and always enjoy usuing their products. The reason I keep coming back to DaVinci is because I like their products and any time that I would happen to have an issue with my purchase..DaVinci Vaporizer is always here to make it better! Gratitude for integrity!

Product is outstanding, as mentioned in my earlier review, I have purchased 4 so far. The problem is customer service or the lack of. I've had 2 issues that I've contacted Divinchi about , in a week's time. The first was about product return which took several days to receive a response on. The 2nd, is about product failure that I've been waiting almost 5 days, including the weekend, for confirmation that my submission was received. I love your product and understand the challenges of providing good customer service but there remains a large gap between Divinchi's customer service and their product quality. I bought the Da Vinci Micro about a month and a half ago and it’s already crapping out. I thought it might be my battery so I ordered extras but it still would not stay on, new battery, or old battery. I miss the ascent, I had it for 7 years. I don’t like where Da Vinci is headed with its products.

I would love to write a review, but I never got my vaporizer. The order was placed on November 4th, 2023. I first contacted them on Nov 24th, and I got a response by November 28th with a link to track the vaporizer and an apology explaining that it takes 2-4 weeks because " the product requires special shipping with a third-party courier." I checked the link that was provided (see picture). There was no movement for about 2 days, then again, no movement for 2 days, and then no movement for 4 days, and finally, it said "Out For Delivery" as of December 6th, 2023, 3:15 PM EST. Today, December 7th, 2023, 6:30 PM EST, still hasn't been delivered. The tracking link doesn't have any contact information. I sent another email to Davinci, and I got a generic response: "Please note our Customer Care team may have extended response times during this Holiday Season. We're just a little behind, but we promise we will get to you! We apologize ahead for any delays and thank you in advance for your patience." with a link to buy more Davinci products...

How can I write a review if 3 weeks after I bought I still didn’t receive. But anyway my son bought one and was working very good for 2 weeks… then stop working because of a leaking . I am curious to see what is gonna happens with my …. When I receive!

STAY AWAY.Seems this company sent me a review before ive even received my product, which is extremely late. Customer service took over a week to reply to my inquirys about the location and eta of the product I paid for. Overall terrible service. Still waiting for my product to arrive. I paid for expedited shipping. Still no eta for delivery. This was supposed to deliver on the 1st. First and Last time im ordering from this company. I will make sure friends and family avoid the same mistake I made.
