“I got the Davinci iq2 because I like being able to smoke when I’m on the go and need to relax or relieve my anxiety. However the look and feel is perfect. I love the sleek feel and the weight in your hand it’s satisfying. Only downfall is that you can’t get big clouds with this due to the “heat not burn” factor. I wish it honestly would burn because maybe the taste would be better. I haven’t got any type of “high” off of it yet but I haven’t sat down for a session yet. I’m in the process of trying to return it but nobody’s responded yet. And I don’t want to be out almost $300.”

“The MIQRO-C started malfunctioning after less than 2 weeks of use. When using a fully charged battery, the MIQRO-C will shut off almost immediately while there is still 80% charge left in the battery. Other than the MIQRO-C malfunctioning and not working, it worked as advertised.”
“Terrible customer service shipping took forever and the “adult verification” shipping did nothing but throw a package on my porch. The device is cool but gets clogged easily. Not sure this was worth the hassle.”
“I can’t speak on the product quality unfortunately. My vape was sent missing a part (it’s unusable without the part) and after 3 days I haven’t received a response.
Additionally, the shipping service didn’t call me before arriving since an adult had to sign. They also told me they’d come back on a day which they didn’t. I got lucky and they caught me home to sign for the package eventually.”

“Product is outstanding, as mentioned in my earlier review, I have purchased 4 so far. The problem is customer service or the lack of. I've had 2 issues that I've contacted Divinchi about , in a week's time. The first was about product return which took several days to receive a response on. The 2nd, is about product failure that I've been waiting almost 5 days, including the weekend, for confirmation that my submission was received. I love your product and understand the challenges of providing good customer service but there remains a large gap between Divinchi's customer service and their product quality.

“I bought the Da Vinci Micro about a month and a half ago and it’s already crapping out. I thought it might be my battery so I ordered extras but it still would not stay on, new battery, or old battery. I miss the ascent, I had it for 7 years. I don’t like where Da Vinci is headed with its products.”
“I would love to write a review, but I never got my vaporizer. The order was placed on November 4th, 2023. I first contacted them on Nov 24th, and I got a response by November 28th with a link to track the vaporizer and an apology explaining that it takes 2-4 weeks because " the product requires special shipping with a third-party courier." I checked the link that was provided (see picture). There was no movement for about 2 days, then again, no movement for 2 days, and then no movement for 4 days, and finally, it said "Out For Delivery" as of December 6th, 2023, 3:15 PM EST. Today, December 7th, 2023, 6:30 PM EST, still hasn't been delivered. The tracking link doesn't have any contact information. I sent another email to Davinci, and I got a generic response: "Please note our Customer Care team may have extended response times during this Holiday Season.
We're just a little behind, but we promise we will get to you!
We apologize ahead for any delays and thank you in advance for your patience." with a link to buy more Davinci products...”
