Dawn wing is by far the worst courier service. They seem to have a communication problem as many of my friends and most complaints that are lodged are based on their lack of contacting the customer before arrival and when they have arrived at their point of destination. On top of that, we all know that customer service consultants are usually never friendly (if we stereotype) but this particular consultant I spoke to put the phone down on me and had no explanation as to why I haven’t received any form of sms, phone call or email to inform me that my package is on its way or waiting at my gate. I do believe dawn wing does arrive at their destination with the package however they fail to communicate with their customers beforehand and on site. I find this courier service particular worse than others. I would not recommend using them.

Calls and emails get shifted no one answers emails. Shouldn't take two weeks to get a parcel. Only reason I rated this one is I couldnt submit a 0.

Horrible service and con artists...ordered from Game and Dawn Wing Courier lied about me being unavailable...never received a phone call from them, suddenly I am getting an email from Game that "This is a confirmation that I had received my order " This company is a joke and scammers...should be closed

Dawn wing is the worst courier company I will never again make use of them. Been waiting for my parcel but they say I’m not home to receive it yet nobody came by. Absolutely rediculous.

First unable to change delivery address on the system when you follow the link in the sms they send then if you try to phone nobody answers. I waited more that 30 min with no answer. This is not the first time they had the address incorrect and everytime it was confirmed that we gave the correct address. Express is not express to them and not delivered on day they say so your time is waisted waiting for them...😡😡 if I had the option I would never use them again. Such poor service...................

What a joke of a courier company in fact they should just close down. The first experience I had with the I waited for my parcel till 5 o'clock. Instead at past 4 I got an sms saying I had rescheduled the delivery when I was waiting for it. When the same driver came 2 days later (Moses mosiuoa reg Fv59XfGp) I asked him why did he lie to say I had rescheduled when he had not come. He didn't answer me. Yesterday I rescheduled my delivery for Friday but he still came and I was not at the office. I told him that I would be available on Friday, he insisted that the parcel needs to be delivered and he arranged we meet at 9 o'clock this morning. Guess what he still has not pitched at 10:10 and when I call their pathetic call center I ran out of airtime more than 15 minutes being placed on hold by a useless consultant. This company needs to shut down.

You are the worst courier service . you are unreliable, uncontactable, disrepectful, disgraceful. you desreve to loose all your bussiness. i have spent close to R80 airtime trying to contact you. i am either cut off, or i can not get through..... i will be sure to tell as many as possible about you and your hopeless service.

I have been waiting for a parcel since 2nd December 2020. UA505009800 There are about 10 transactions on the tracking document. The last addition states "postal code incorrect" Goodness knows what the process is but its obvious it is'nt very efficient. After a week of trying to contact you telephonically I managed to get the phoned answered about 10 minutes ago (4pm) only to have the phone put down in my ear as soon as it was answered. I tried again this time with success. The operator used the Black Friday very busy excuse and when I asked her to confirm my delivery address she put the phoned down!!!! and you say you record the calls for quality purposes. I suggest someone listens to them...........

For once in my life i am victim of something. I wish the was a petition to end dawn wing. I bought clothes from ( cotton on) and they tell me my package is now in the hands of dawn wing. This is not the treatment a customer deserves. Don't buy from cotton on and dawn wing.

The most atrocious level of incompetence that I have ever experienced. I will NEVER EVER use this pathetic excuse of a courier company again! I was supposed to have a package collected, but I needed to know what time it would arrive to ensure that I was home in time because unlike this company I actually care about my job. The idiots were unable to tell me as to when they would be arriving but assured me they would get their collections department to phone me within 10 mins ... FOUR hours later I had not heard from them so I phone them for the third time. After being on hold for a pathetically long time, I got through to someone whose only apparent qualification is being able to answer a phone, eventually after pulling a few teeth this bright spark assured me that she would get the courier to call me when he is on his way, to ensure that I was there on time.... Needless to say the driver upholds the company values of sheer incompetence and did not call as instructed, luckily my uncle was home and was able to hand him the package only to be told "That is not what I am here to collect???????" How on planet earth does this idiot know what I am sending to CT to be able to tell my uncle that the package is incorrect? This moron proceeded to leave without my package? I have since then called these idiot again and what do you know, I still have no answers and like an idiot I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. The best part is that not only do they have no idea how to actually do their job, you cannot even attempt to complain to a manager because guess what... not even their managers answer their phones. Please spare yourself and DO NOT USE THIS pathetic "courier" company because the only thing that they are exemplary at is wasting your time and money.

Dawn Wing is a pathetic courier company. They are unreliable and their drivers lie about not being able to contact the customer. Companies should refrain from using this horrible, dishonest courier company.

My parcel was due for delivery yesterday and I canceled all my plans for the day and waited, but no delivery took place. I am utterly disappointed at the way they conduct their service because I usually shop online and other couriers check if their clients received their parcels the next day. I don't know where my parcel currently is and the fact that the contact numbers they provided go straight to voicemail is not helping. My disappointment is also at the shop I bought my parcel from because you need to do some background check on the type of service the courier company you are appointing, check their reviews and what the customers are saying about the business,clearly they didn't do that because there are bad reviews and complaints all over. If I knew I wouldn't have bothered buying the product in the first place.

Dawn wing is the worst courier services ever. You guys don't even care , i have been waiting for my parcel for about a week and a half and tgey kept on sending me messages that i wasn't around yet i was. I don't know how you guys run your business but its shitty. They never answer their calls at their call center, i have know flipping idea why that is.its very upsetting for me to cancel my plans for you guys to not show.

You guys have costed me a lot of money, I have lost a customer now because of you, who now refuses to pay for their herbalife they had bought for me, because of your incompetence. Your drivers claiming that my address is incorrect, instead of call me and asking me for direction, sies maan. Im also going to write Herbalife a letter of complaints due to your bad service.

Pathetic service. Delivery lady came to my home 4 consecutive week days at 12.30 pm. I have a job and a life, contrary to what she obviously thought. Therefore, I specifically phoned to have the package delivered after 15.00 - when I would be home to collect it. The delivery woman didn't understand this simple instruction and so, came back 4 days in a row, to deliver the package, without me even being there to receive it. Eventually a neighbour had to take it on my behalf. Overall, trash delivery service, customer service and incompetent workers

I had a parcel delivered to me via Dawn Wing, the driver wanted to take a photo of me as he said this is their new Covid-19 protocol. I was disgusted and a little creeped out. I said no but I'm so shocked that this guys wanted to take a pic of me. I will rather collect parcels in the future.

I phoned Dawn Wing Kempton Park on Thursday 1 October 2020 and spoke to Julia Broodryk. I told her I need to Book a Collection for Friday 2 October 2020 Johannesburg to George, it MUST BE there on Saturday 3 October 2020, I asked her will it be possible and she assured me YES it will be. She forward me the Quote I paid it and send back Proof of Payment immediately. She send me this Email "Collection booked Collection ref: JNB25623235 " I send her this Mail " HC HEAT EXCHANGE Closes at 12h00 on Fridays PLEASE remember that my Driver will Collect the Parcel on Saturday 03 October 2020 at the Dawn Wing Depo in George" she told me no worries it will be collected Friday before 12h00 and be in George Saturday Morning ready for us to collect. Friday at 11h33 I mailed her to ask have the Parcel been collected and she responded with "Not as Yet driver is on his way" FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 16H00 she Mails me "Kindly note the courier was late to the collection address apologies is there anyway we would be able to collect from there house address ?" HOW CAN SHE MAIL ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 16H00 TO TELL ME THAT WHY WASN'T I PHONED JUST PASS 12H00 TO SAY THEY MISSED THE COLLECTION TIME ISN'T THERE ANOTHER PLAN WE CAN MAKE BUT NO SHE WAITS TILL 16H00 TO MAIL ME, AT 16H00 I ALREADY LEFT THE OFFICE. All my contact Details are attached to my Emails. I previously worked at a Courier Company and it you miss a collection time YOU PHONE THE CLIENT AND TELL THEM!!! So now my Guys had to stay another night in Mosselbay due to Julia not doing her work Properly. LUCKILY I saw Saturday Morning the Email other wise My Guys would of Driven 100kilos back and forth to fetch the Parcel that was never collected!!! My Guys was suppose to be back Friday but due to not being able to get the Part to George on Friday they had to sleep over another night at now it was unnecessary!!! This is extremely unprofessional of Julia. All she had to say this morning is " Kindly forward me the banking details for the refund " not even a decent apology or explanation as to why I wasn't phoned in time!!!

The most rubbish courier I ever had to deal with. They claim they came to my house yesterday even if they did how can you come to someone 'a house and not call them??? I'm still waiting on my parcel even now when you call them no answer for hours. When you track your parcel it says was denied access to my place. This is rubbish company ever, they don't even give you the driver's number to check on him. Mxm wish companies we buy from must stop sending them they are so pathetic
