You guys have costed me a lot of money, I have lost a customer now because of you, who now refuses to pay for their herbalife they had bought for me, because of your incompetence. Your drivers claiming that my address is incorrect, instead of call me and asking me for direction, sies maan. Im also going to write Herbalife a letter of complaints due to your bad service.

Pathetic service. Delivery lady came to my home 4 consecutive week days at 12.30 pm. I have a job and a life, contrary to what she obviously thought. Therefore, I specifically phoned to have the package delivered after 15.00 - when I would be home to collect it. The delivery woman didn't understand this simple instruction and so, came back 4 days in a row, to deliver the package, without me even being there to receive it. Eventually a neighbour had to take it on my behalf. Overall, trash delivery service, customer service and incompetent workers

I had a parcel delivered to me via Dawn Wing, the driver wanted to take a photo of me as he said this is their new Covid-19 protocol. I was disgusted and a little creeped out. I said no but I'm so shocked that this guys wanted to take a pic of me. I will rather collect parcels in the future.

I phoned Dawn Wing Kempton Park on Thursday 1 October 2020 and spoke to Julia Broodryk. I told her I need to Book a Collection for Friday 2 October 2020 Johannesburg to George, it MUST BE there on Saturday 3 October 2020, I asked her will it be possible and she assured me YES it will be. She forward me the Quote I paid it and send back Proof of Payment immediately. She send me this Email "Collection booked Collection ref: JNB25623235 " I send her this Mail " HC HEAT EXCHANGE Closes at 12h00 on Fridays PLEASE remember that my Driver will Collect the Parcel on Saturday 03 October 2020 at the Dawn Wing Depo in George" she told me no worries it will be collected Friday before 12h00 and be in George Saturday Morning ready for us to collect. Friday at 11h33 I mailed her to ask have the Parcel been collected and she responded with "Not as Yet driver is on his way" FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 16H00 she Mails me "Kindly note the courier was late to the collection address apologies is there anyway we would be able to collect from there house address ?" HOW CAN SHE MAIL ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 16H00 TO TELL ME THAT WHY WASN'T I PHONED JUST PASS 12H00 TO SAY THEY MISSED THE COLLECTION TIME ISN'T THERE ANOTHER PLAN WE CAN MAKE BUT NO SHE WAITS TILL 16H00 TO MAIL ME, AT 16H00 I ALREADY LEFT THE OFFICE. All my contact Details are attached to my Emails. I previously worked at a Courier Company and it you miss a collection time YOU PHONE THE CLIENT AND TELL THEM!!! So now my Guys had to stay another night in Mosselbay due to Julia not doing her work Properly. LUCKILY I saw Saturday Morning the Email other wise My Guys would of Driven 100kilos back and forth to fetch the Parcel that was never collected!!! My Guys was suppose to be back Friday but due to not being able to get the Part to George on Friday they had to sleep over another night at now it was unnecessary!!! This is extremely unprofessional of Julia. All she had to say this morning is " Kindly forward me the banking details for the refund " not even a decent apology or explanation as to why I wasn't phoned in time!!!

The most rubbish courier I ever had to deal with. They claim they came to my house yesterday even if they did how can you come to someone 'a house and not call them??? I'm still waiting on my parcel even now when you call them no answer for hours. When you track your parcel it says was denied access to my place. This is rubbish company ever, they don't even give you the driver's number to check on him. Mxm wish companies we buy from must stop sending them they are so pathetic

Horrible service received from Dawn Wing 😐 honestly the worst courier company I have ever dealt with!! Never in my life have I ever as a customer needed to follow up on a parcel for 2 weeks straight without any response - I open a ticket and u close a ticket? I run businesses not a circus and Dawn Wing as officially costed me and my company a very bad reputation along with loss of money.

Least reliable courier service in Cape Town. Parcels regularly have to be rescheduled because drivers claim you are not at home, even when you have been waiting at home all day for a nebulous delivery time. Call centre doesn't bother answering. Not worth the hassle.

Dawn Wing is the most incompetent and unreliable courier service that I have ever used. The delivery date was moved everyday. The package was missing and at three different branches at once and nobody knew where it was.

If you have an option to drive 10 hours to collect your own parcel or Dawn wing just drive and collect it your self! Ordered a Garmin Watch which we all know is quite expensive but it was unfortunately miss placed and know one can find it? How do you miss place something like this?

Customer service from your driver (Letlhogonolo Moerane) was totally appalling, this doesn’t even deserve one start. He was extremely rude to me as a consumer and did not deliver all the products that I have ordered from Herbalife 😡😡😡 I am totally disappointed by your consumer service and will be logging a formal complaint as I was totally disrespected!!!!!

Impossible to get hold of, they make up delivery statuses... If you're lucky enough to receive parcel one day, do not expect it to be in tact. This is based on repeated experiences. Everyone complains about DW, but companies keep using them? They must be giving great rates. It's a scam, though. I see some big companies have seen the light and stopped using them, now they are preying on smaller businesses, probably luring them in with good rates. If you are a company selling online, you should know, people will stop buying from you if you use DW. It's better to pay the higher rate ffor Fedex or Courier Guy or some other.

This is the worst courier in SA. Use at your own peŕil. If you want to experience the frustration of knowing that they have your parcel but you cant reach them to follow up when theyll deliver it then use this useless company. 2 weeks later im even at a point where i want to drive to all there warehouses and hunt for my parcel personally. Parcel is scanned out of the warehouse and back in for what reason only they know. Tracking tool last updated 5 days ago. I really dont know what to do anymore

Extremely bad service. Bought airtime of R50 after each other trying to track my parcel. Will be forwarded to anothercaller line. Taking ages with no answer. Airtime finishes and buy another one. I am still waiting a parcel from Cape town. 4 weeks now. No communication whatsoever of the parcel. The parcel reached JHB but from there its just quite. I am so frustrated

they claimed I gave the wrong address, I had to call them to find out what the issue was and I in fact did not give the wrong address at all, was told my item would be delivered that same day since they had corrected my address. Towards the end of that day I called again and was told I would have it early the next morning (today). It is again, nearing the end of the work day so I called to find out what the status is, APPARENTLY i will have my parcel tomorrow. terrible terrible service and the staff in customer care line are not helpful at all.
