Drand has great products and customer service.When I faced problems in my third order with shipping company they offered refund and we're quite helpful.Also their skins stays like new for years.

I ordered the limited edition Damascus warzone skin, but I later heard that the Precision skin can cut off some phones signal, so I wanted to swap it for the triple black Damascus skin. But my order had already been shipped so I couldn’t swap it. But Dbrand offered to send me the triple black Damascus skin at no extra charge! The service is really great and the products are excellent

dbrand's customer service is the best out there. Their prices are fair for the quality of product and customer service that supports their product. Refunds are immediate too.

I have had several dbrand skins and they have all been amazing. I have had to order a new case cause I lost my phone and it is taking a while to get here but that is only because of one of their launches going crazy and they're behind. When I emailed them they gave me a 10% refund which was cool and I didn't even ask for it I just wanted to know what day to expect it. Otherwise usually their skins and cases get here in a couple of days and are of very high quality. Also they get linus' coworkers to throw things at him on camera.

Even though my order got lost in shipping, there support was awesome and very quick. Without any hesitation they offered me to just reship my whole order. So eventhough my review says a bad delivery time, it wasn't dbrands fault and after I contacted them about the issue they fixed really quick.

The customer service is very good, although it might take a few days for dbrand to respond, they give great options or solutions for your problems. Also applying skins is made easy for those who struggle with perfectly positioning stickers.

If the amazing quality of their product is any indication of their customer service you're dead wrong - it's even better. Never felt so cared for as a customer. I think dbrand really hold up to there name and support yeaa kinda took long time to learn how to make cases but still one of best customer service I live thousands of miles away still one of best support i have seen
