“The Bridal Ducks arrived at my home today and I could have cried they looked so very beautiful . This is just a wee token for our grandson & his bride to be. David who was on duty because the lovely jasmine was on holiday . I needed a few changes made to the groom duck and David said he would do what he could and would phone me back after he spoke to some lady about the changes . I honestly thought I’m not going to hear from that man again but in about five mins time the phone went and it was David to give me the good news that they would be happy to do what I had requested . It was indeed a pleasure to do business with David who represents dcuk ,every thing was done in a mannerly fashion . I was kept up to date on the transit of my parcel and That was a lovely friendly thing to do you were not left worrying would your parcel get to you ok . I was told when my parcel would arrive at my home even a approx time which was great incase you had to go out and then my parcel arrives beautifully packed in a lovely dcuk box all filled with polystyrene balls to save from breaking in transit . I would highly recommend ordering with dcuk they are indeed a first rate company and care for each customer as if you were someone special x x Will be buying again , have already bought before and I intend to carry on supporting duck”

“I ordered a small penguin and name tag for my granddaughter. However, one of the eyes isn't painted and it's head is sideways. Not what I'd have chosen. I rang to ask if I could exchange it. I spoke to Steve, who was extremely helpful and said he would send a replacement. It was so nice to talk to someone, without having to press lots of options. A 1st class service!”

“My husband has dementia and forgets everyone’s name including his own, but when he was asked to pick a present for himself by some friends he picked a duck with his name on it, it made us all cry and I arranged for name label for myself and our spaniel to encourage his memory.”
