“Excellent customer service - great communication and assistance. Jasmine M was incredibly helpful, making sure my order was received, processed, a discount applied. I informed her I was telephoning internationally from Atlanta, Georgia USA, wanting to get a duck for my sister in Ireland, she took care of it efficiently and as quickly as she could, making sure everything was correct for me before leaving the call. The duck I chose was the Christmas Pudding design, my sister was delighted with it (and my niece was quite jealous, so I reckon I'll need to place another order soon for her !) Thank you DCUK company, great selection of products and great staff representing you.”

“For my wedding anniversary my husband got me the gardening duck (lottie) light blue boots with dark blue spots, I love it so much that I decided to buy my daughter and 3 friends one each for Christmas, 3 of which are the Baker duck with personalised names, they are really lovely and I can't wait to see their faces! They are well made and beautifully painted The 2 gentlemen I spoke to on the phone could not of been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, 10 out of 10 for customer service.”

“Really pleased with the quality of the dcuk we ordered. The gift box was damaged in transit but dcuk were excellent in sending another box immediately- very impressed. The birthday recipient will be as pleased as we are when she sees it.”

“These were a present for my sister in Ireland so I have not seen them other than in a photo. She says they are beautiful, they arrived really quickly as well. “Having bought my first DCUK ( Nancy with pink wellies ) in Argyll this summer, I've now bought another two , Douglas and Therese for my cousins in Australia. I love how cheery they are . The online service was true to the date, and Therese arrived well packed and safe . Charming and lovely gifts, thank you 😊”

“I was very pleased with the duck and the chicken I ordered. I had them personalised and was disappointed that this was not on a wooden tag, which I expected for £4. I thought that slightly ruins the quality .”

“I found these little ducks quite by accident, but that’s the best way to find something! These beautiful carved wooden ducks are so beautifully made with care and love, each one slightly different to another. They brighten up a day, each with a story of their own, perfect gift or a treat to yourself, highly recommend and thank you!”
