“Duck arrived safely and packaged effectively as per our last order. Efficient service and a slight error by myself saw the company check their previous accounts/orders and leave me a telephone message to explain my error and how they had rectified. No photo of the Duck, as it is to be a birthday present and being sent on a trip to the recipient to enjoy. Thank you once again for great service and products.”
