“Having ordered from Ireland on many occasions I loved your ducks . I was however disappointed to have to pay a duty of 13 euro extra in order to receive the current one . This will deter me in future unless something is done with regard to deliveries . Other companies Are using depots in Germany . I have been buying your ducks for years as gifts etc !! I have about a dozen myself .”

“Ordering the duck was easy and was delivered very quickly. I purchased this for my new granddaughter and had her name added to the tag and her name and date of birth added to the ribbon round its neck. I was very happy with the duck and Olivia's mum and dad were delighted too. Very happy. Thank you”
