“There was a small problem with one of the ducks we ordered but a 10 minute chat on the phone quickly solved the issue and we received a new duck 2 days later”

“The Puffin I ordered was delivered ahead of time however the name was wrong! However as soon as I emailed them DCUK rectified it straight away and the correct one arrived the following day .”

“Although I was pleased with the product, I was disappointed with the packaging as advertised the company on the box. This was a present for my wife and she collected it from delivery driver. Kinda gave it away, 😞”

“I had a few conversations with Jasmine before I purchased my ducks as I had an issue with a discount code and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The only thing that I could fault was that on the name tags the writing wasn't very central considering the process you pay for a particular name but the ducks themselves are great”

“I absolutely love the DCUK ducks!!! My last purchase was a couple of rainbow ducks, dressed in a rain mac and hat. I bought one for myself in pink called Thomas and one for my friend in red, called Nick! They are glorious. I have quite a collection of ducks, one flamingo and one swan-and have just seen another I would like!”
