“Absolutely brilliant service. I contacted customer services before ordering with a query and they got back to me straight away and did everything they could to get the order to me on time. The ducks arrived well packaged and are really beautiful. My daughter has given them as a birthday gift to her grandparents with the personalised name tags and they are over the moon with them. Thank you dcuk!”

“We were looking for something to give as a thank you and sign of our appreciation to two of our club members who are on the frontline of Covid. The nurse and paramedic fit the bill (pardon the pun) as a bouquet lasts a couple of weeks and a bottle of whiskey would also last a few weeks. These ducks are a brilliant and lasting way to acknowledge them.”

“I was very impressed by the service that I received from The Duck Company! I needed my duck delivering super-quickly (quackly?!) as it was a present for a friend's birthday, and when I rang The Duck Company I spoke to two very helpful and efficient ladies who promised that my duck would arrive in time, and at no extra charge - which it did, beautifully wrapped and in a lovely box. My friend was delighted with his present and I was delighted with your service!”
