“I’m very unhappy with my recent purchase I ordered two ducks it stated they were the same height one is taller than the other there is quite a height difference they are a gift for a couple and they look odd the female duck is way taller than the male duck and I can’t change them over because the female duck is wearing pink wellingtons but the biggest problem I have is they arrived with small name tags with a apology and 15% off my next purchase I am unable to change the name tags myself so I am going to have to give them to my friend for her birthday and hope she can change them the correct name tags arrived the very next day so why could you have not waited a day to post them so there is a significant height difference which wasn’t stated and they have small name tags on them to say I am disappointed with them is a understatement I have purchased ducks previously and always been happy with them”

“Nice products (as expected) but a nightmare to order from europe. Taxes/duty was nearly half of my order totals. Was my first and last direct order. Also… i would not recommended any eu citizen to order directly! 😞”

“The Dcuk duck for my nieces 21st is lovely. I will be purchasing some more for myself, having bought some from the RNLI to go with my lifeboat collection, (being a former lifeguard) The qualuty of workmanship and the ducks themselves are lovely. Would thoroughly recommend the DCUK Company to anyone looking for a class but reasonably priced gift. Thank you.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with ‘Scott’ the duck. I chose the ‘surprise me’ option for the name which made it more exciting. The wait for delivery was very short I must add. Looking forward to welcoming more additions to my home.”

“I am OBSESSED with these ducks and literally want all of them. The little duck arrived with an apology note saying sorry that it's name tag was a little bit small AND THEN the duck sent us a letter a few days later containing a large name tag which instructed us to put it around the duck's neck but not too tight to leave room for breathing!!!! My family are literally crying with cuteness! Best order ever!”

“The duck I received is beautifully made, and the gift box I ordered as an extra is lovely. My only criticism is the amount of polystyrene used as packaging, I would've liked to have seen fully recyclable packaging. But I would highly recommend the product.”

“I just updated a small guest bathroom in my home and decided to use "fishing" as the theme. On one wall, I am using a photo that I took of a fishing port in Matagorda, Tx. For whimsy, I am using the Dcuk fisherman Puffin and the fisherman baby penguin as accents in the room. I already have Dcuk ducks (in Wellington polka dot boots) in the Master Bathroom. I love the workmanship of your product. And your marketing is so enjoyable....it always brings a smile, as do the Dcuks!”

“This was a gift for my mum for mother's Day and she absolutely loved it. The name that was given to the duck was Percy and this was what my late great grandfather used to call me as he couldn't say Kirsty, so this was very apt. Much appreciated. Thank you”
