“J'ai rencontré un petit souci à l'arrivée de mon colis, 2 oiseaux ont été quelque peu malmenés. Le service client a été très réactif et a trouver les solutions pour me satisfaire! Ce sont des choses qui arrivent et c'est vraiment très agréable d'avoir été entendue! Les oiseaux sont magnifiques, une très belle qualité de fabrication!”

“I am always very happy with my ducks - this one is for a friend turning 40 on Tuesday, so it is personalised (and looks great) and the little dinky one is for a friend going through a tough time, and hopefully it will put a smile on her face! Thank you as always”

“They are adorable! Wonderful quality. I ordered five and each, which I find amusing, has its own facial expression. They are cute and fun and well made and substantial. The wood is solid and hefty, the colours are vibrant, the ducks are so cute. Thank you! I love them! Delivery (from UK to Canada) also very efficient.”
