“I was delighted with the personalised 18th Birthday gift I ordered. Although the website is good it was helpful to be able to call and speak to someone to discuss my request in more detail. “I recently purchased a duck and bird with the birdhouse. When the shipment arrived the box was broken, the birdhouse smashed and the birds hat and beak were beaten up. Dcuk was quick to respond apologetically to my email and made the it right. I highly recommend this company for their high quality products and friendliness.”

“I’m really happy with my duck but when I ordered the personalised name tags I put the first letter of each name as a capital and when they arrived they are in lower case . So dissapointed with this .”
