“I ordered two different ducks for my in-laws for Christmas as they are collectors, both have arrived and are perfect. I chose to have the personalised names, so they arrived gift wrapped in the gift box and had little name notes on them so I knew which duck which if I didn’t want to open them. There was even a little note to say who had packaged the order, so thank you to Georgia for the beautiful presentation and thoughtful touch of the little name notes. I love them so much I’m going to order one for myself soon. Thank you!”

“This was a present for Honie to cheer her up. I rung the customer service department on a Thursday afternoon to ask was possible to get a Cosy Christmas Dinky Penguin (Green Elf) delivered to my granddaughter (Honie) on the Friday or Saturday of that week. The person I spoke too was so helpful, he checked to see if the couriers had picked up the items to go out. He told me they had not and if I quickly put through a payment on the internet he could get it wrapped and on that days pickup, he told me it was more likely to be the Saturday. The Penguin was delivered on the Friday and made a ten year very happy. We all have ducks and other birds from dcuk, we have always been very happy with them. A big thank you to your team.
