“I was impressed with the quality and workmanship of the duck I purchased. It was carefully packaged and was delivered very quickly by Royal mail. Overall I consider it was good value-for-money. The staff member who took my order was friendly and very helpful”

“Bought a smile to my face. I purchased the tree decorations and the Christmas Pudding duck which is slightly bigger. Every item was well packaged and arrived in good time. The ducks are well made and brightly painted. I am intending to give them as gifts and know that they will brighten up all the Christmas trees in the homes they are going to. I have bought from this website many times and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the service or company.”

“Bought 2 ducks, both personalised as gifts and they are so gorgeous I don't want to part with them!! . Arrived packed beautifully in their gift boxes. Had to email a few times regarding availability and the communication/ service was better than expected. Highly recommend this company.”

“Not very happy at all. Purposely spent more money on the gift packaging expecting DCUK to consider the fact that the parcel may be a present for someone in the same household. Was hugely disappointed when the parcel arrived in DCUK branded branding so unfortunately the present will not be a surprise and buying the gift packaging was a waste of money.”

“I have not opened the item yet as it’s a present sadly with the box advertising what is on the inside has spoilt the surprise. I understand advertising options but at this time of year maybe an option at checkout. I look forward to seeing her x happy Xmas”

“First time I have used DCUK and it certainly won't be the last. The ordering service was very easy and delivery was efficient. I ordered 3 items and absolutely adore them all. I can't wait to see my hubby's face when I give him the doctor duck with his name on the badge. The cockrels in their blingy wellies made me smile and I am sure will be enjoyed for many years. An excellent service was received from DCUK.”
