“Ordered the pink hedgehog for my mum's birthday as she has quite a few of the ducks now and she was absolutely thrilled with it, excellent service and arrived very quickly in a beautiful presentation box.”

“I purchased “susan” in Hexham and wanted a “Martin” and went online and saw him there dressed in his tweed- I had to have him. Arrived quickly and well packed and now they are together in “duck” harmony!”

“It was only a name tag for a DCUK duck that we bought that had it missing when we bought it (reduced because of that) but the service was excellent from ordering to delivery. Will definitely order from website in future.”

“What a lovely experience with DUCK. I ordered 2 small ducks with boots for my parents as an Anniversary gift, I had asked for each duck to have their names and if they could be facing each other - no problem at all. The ducks came in the most beautiful wrapping, I didn't want to open them. Luckily and thoughtfully DCUK had labeled the ducks with their name so I didn't have to. They are just the most beautiful gift you could give, top quality. My parents loved them. I have to mention Customer Service, which was exceptional - nothing too much trouble and replied so quickly. Outstanding and top quality. Well done DCUK.”
