“I am happy with the product I purchased. However, I was trying to buy the 18" duck and I thought I was given an option to add wellies and a hat. So I thought 'yeah, that is cute' I added the wellies and hat. On receipt I had the 12" duck with wellies and hat. I rechecked the website and I see where I went wrong but not when I purchase it. This couled be improved please. I will use the 5% voucher to buy the 18" duck for my wife's birthday”

“Anthony the duck was for an 80th birthday present 🎁. It was beautiful! Anthony will be much loved and now sits with his new friend Margaret. Will definitely think of DCUK when buying special gifts, it brought a smile that was worth everything 😊 Thank you x”

“I ordered the spearmint boots and when it arrived one of the boots was scuffed. The painting looked somewhat slapdash. I was expecting more. Unfortunately I had no option but to keep the duck as it was a present which I needed to deliver that weekend. If this was not the case I would have returned it.”
