“You never let us down, always beautiful well wrapped and delivered on time. I wanted to give the forget me not ducks to 3 young ladies who lost their aunt and nanny 6 years ago on Christmas day. The ducks fitted our memories of her beautifully ❤”

“My younger sister is DCUK mad and wanted another one too add to collection on her birthday the 18th of Decembe. So she gave me a shortlist of the ducks she wanted. So I went on your site and found a lovely duck with red Wellington boots on and a reindeer jumper and she loves it and her name eve is a great choice.”

“I still call them penguins not ducks! Product is lovely! I got one for my niece, who is 4 years old and she loved it! I have one myself. It is a beautiful product, excellent quality. I was also very impressed on how fast it was delivered in such a busy time as Christmas and outside of UK. I was just sad that the name tag wasn't on the penguin. Not sure if this one didn't have one, or if you forgot to add it.”

“Customer service superb, Steve tried very hard to trace a specific duck and got back to me saying none available instead of letting me phone around shops. I ordered substitute Dotty, as a gift and I know recipient will be delighted. Packaged well. Thank you.”
