“The ducks arrived very quickly and well packaged. Sadly one of the ducks had been damaged so I got in touch by email. The response was very quick and the problem was resolved. Fantastic customer service and I can't wait to give these beautiful ducks as a present. I will definatley be looking for my next gift soon 😊.”

“I bought this little DCUK called Mrs B for my sister to commemorate her retirement as Head of her Special needs Dept. Her teaching career started in 1978, her dedication to teaching children throughout Cumbria has been outstanding. Mrs B has a school scarf in her School colours, she will adore it as she has had ducks at home and loved them. I couldn't resist meeting Mrs B and all I thought was how beautiful she is , the feel of her and the expression on her face is very endearing, her body colour is the exact colour tone of a white duck and beak is the most beautiful shape and shows the grain of the wood, very unique,and very stylish....thankyou.”

“We loved them the fireman was for a friend who is terminally ill and it made him laugh and smile especially when he so it had his name on it, and the other one was for us and they both have settled in . A BIG THANK YOU , to yourself and all your staff for all the hard work”

“I have a duck myself and my grandsons love him. I have ordered them each one as their high school graduation gift. The ducks are perfect. I ordered the special boxes, are very nice; certainly worth the cost.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I am so impressed with customer service I felt I needed to share! I ordered a duck for my husband as a Christmas gift as he had just been made a permanent home worker and had to set up office, so thought would be cheery to have something fun in the new office! Unfortunately the first duck had a dent in his side which was quite noticeable. Upon contacting customer service, they confirmed a new one would be dispatched and that there was no need to return the dented one! So no inconvenience, perfect. Roll on Christmas so my husband can display « Bert »😋”
