“Recently ordered two bouquets of flowers, recipients thrilled with them. I was kept up to date with progress of orders informed when the flowers were delivered. They appeared to be very good value, especially as a discount voucher was available and I will be using this service again.”

“I ordered at around 10AM expecting next day delivery which is pretty normal, although the website did at some point advise next day wasn't guaranteed. Given the early order time I assumed it would be done next day but it took two days which is really disappointing but my fault.”

“I needed delivery for Sunday and was overjoyed that debenhams did ! And what a great service I received from start to finish , being notified at each stage till delivery . I ordered a chocolate bouquet which was excellent to look at and eat .”

“very disappointed ordered the designer Mozart for a birthday the right flowers turned up but 2 of colours of the different types were not the ones shown on the website photo if I had known this I would not have ordered this bouquet very disappointed will not order from Debenhams again”

“We always order our flowers from Debenhams now as we have been disappointed with other companies. The flowers always arrive on time and are of a very high standard, they are exactly as shown on the website. The comments we have from recipients are always complimentary.
