“I did not buy flowers, I bought a hamper. It looked cheap and nasty, and I was embarrassed to give it as a gift, but due to time constraints had no other choice. I was left feeling ripped off.”

“Ordering online was really easy and much simpler than other websites. Good price too. Tracking very good do I knew when flowers were dispatched and when delivered. My friend was delighted with them.”

“Fantastic site! I live overseas (Australia) and regularly send flowers to many family members in the Miilton Keynes area. Flowers are always beautiful, website is easy to use and service is excellent! Highly recommend ????????”

“Arrived next day, on a Sunday which is hard to get. They looked beautiful and recipient was very happy with them and sent me a picture. They looked just like the ones advertised. Many thanks, a good service.”

“I was rather disappointed with my Debenhams flowers.I ordered them late on a Thursday and was informed they would be delivered on Monday, which was acceptable,however I was sent an email on Saturday informing me they had been despatched .Royal mail delivered them on Monday, unfortunately no one was at home so they were taken back to the depot for redelivery or collection.The recipient eventually received them on Tuesday, looking a little travel weary. I almost used Marks and Spencer,but did not, as from Thursday ordering their delivery was Tuesday (presumably they would have despatched them on Monday, therefore arriving much fresher)....you learn by your mistakes!”

“An efficient and helpful live online service - received an immediate answer to my question. Lovely flowers delivered on time and excellent value for money. The flowers were delivered a week ago and they are still going strong, in fact the lilies are still yet to open! I will definitely use Debenhams flowers again.”

“On visiting my daughter in Wimbledon who the flowers were sent to I was very disappointed to see quite a lot of the blooms looking very sad after 5 days. I ordered through Debenhams as I had received flowers which lasted 3 weeks Disappointed lady.”

“Flowers and gifts stunning, the only flaw was in the service provided on one occasion by the Post Office, who tossed the box over a fence as the recipient was not in.”

“We didn't get to see the flowers we had ordered, but every recipient sent thanks and comments about how good they were. From our point of view the flowers ordered were delivered on time and with the correct message and additions ordered. We have nothing to complain about, and the recipients were most pleased.”
