“I ordered these for a friend starting a new job. They arrived the morning of the day allocated. I received a message from her thanking me and informing they were absolutely beautiful. Ten days later she let me know the flowers were still looking lovely so overall very impressed.”

“Not possible for me to write a review really as the flowers were sent to a friend, who said they were lovely, but then she would say that whatever. All I can say is she said they were lovely, and I take it they were. As a result, I have ticked the very good star as I am sure, with your reputation, they would be. Thank you.”

“Flowers were lovely and good quality, unfortunately the delivery was 4 days ate due to Royal Mail so didn't arrive on the delivery date so left me disappointed and I wont be using this service again for something where I need flowers on a specific date guaranteed.”

“The website needs a complete overhaul with terms of clarity about how the flowers are delivered/packaged. I was very confused which flowers would be posted and which would be hand delivered. The order page gives you delivery options, but fails to clarify what is included in each of the options! Thankfully, the inclusion of a live chat service was invaluable in resolving the issues I had. With regards to the flowers, well it reminded me of burgers on fast food restaurants - they look all nice and big in the pics, but in reality the actual product looks different!”

“The flowers were for my mothers 50th birthday and they were wilting when she got them, we used the plant food provided and thought that might perk them up. Unfortunately that did not work and the next day the roses looked worse, within 2 days they were dead. I'd ordered these flowers before and was really pleased, however this time they looked awful and I am extremely disappointed as they were a gift to my mother!”
