“High quality and arrived in good time, but I bought the bouquet specifically because it read online and pictured delphiniums. The actual flowers received were agapanthus, a blue variation that had been changed in my order without being told. I understand that products are subject to availability, but this was the sole reason I purchased the flowers, so it would have been nice to be notified of the change so I could rethink my decision.”

“I was promised that the bouquet will be delivered next day, but it took 3 days to deliver and the flowers were dried up when they were finally delivered. Pathetic company and not recommended for sending flowers to loved ones. but if you want to send dried ugly flowers to your ex or enemies then this is the company to go for. Cheers,”

“The whole process was seamless, I wanted to make a last minute change and sorted it all out on email. Flowers arrived as ordered (with free chocs) would definitely use again.”

“The delivery company they use, DPD, is terrible. I paid extra for a Sunday delivery. Their driver claimed he tried to deliver and there was nobody in but they were in, and nobody rang the bell or left a card. So the flowers arrived a day later, after I spent hours on the phone with DPD. Debenhams Flowers refunded the shipping costs, but I will still never be using them again as long as they are shipping with DPD.”

“I decided to buy my Wife some lovely flowers to cheer her up as i work abroad and am away for 6 weeks at a time . The flowers were delivered on time and in a lovely presentation box with the messages i had sent , she was very pleased with them . Unfortunately after only 2-3 days she told me that they started to wilt and die off , so now after around a week she is left with just the Greenery used to make up the presentation . Both myself and my wife are very dissapointed to say the least especially as the last flowers i bought from Debenhams lasted for over 2 weeks . I would have attached a photograph of them but unfortunately that is not an option on here . Very Dissapointed !! Regards S K English”

“Cannot fault the excellent service offered by Debenhams Flowers. The ordering process was easy to follow and delivery on time. The flowers were for my mum and she was absolutely delighted with them. I ordered two weeks ago and they are still in bloom. Thank you Debenhams flowers.”
