“Easy transaction and great delivery, however the flowers were nice but only last a few days :(”

“The whole business of ordering flowers online as a gift for someone is a difficult business especially when you live abroad. The customer cannot see what s/he has bought and paid for. The recipient of the gift is understandably too polite to say if the flowers arrive in poor condition as that would appear to be ungrateful. Having had a couple of disappointing experiences in the past (with another company), this time I asked point blank whether the flowers had arrived in good condition. I am pleased to say that the response was positive. The flowers (lilies) arrived on time and in good condition. Also they have lasted well. I am very pleased and will order from Debenhams again. Thank you.”

“I paid an extra £5 for a larger bouquet but was told by my wife that the size couldn't possibly larger than normal. Most dissatisfied.”

“I did not realise Debenhams delivered flowers until I received a bouquet from my daughter- in-law, I also received a £5 voucher to use, l did just that the following day and the recipient called to say how lovely the flowers were. Great service and will certainly Only use Debenhams Flowers again. Phyllis Goodwin”

“The flowers were for my Mum as she was feeling low, so when the bouquet arrived she was over the moon. They were so beautiful, just like the picture, well packed and great value. Will definitely use again. Thank you for a superb service and for making my Mum smile.”

“The bouquet was a lot smaller than it looked on the picture. Flowers were delivered without a card/message which caused a lot of confusion and completely ruined the whole purpose. They were supposed to be a happy surprise for someone who recently got diagnosed with cancer. Friday was the breast cancer awareness day. So overall a massive disappointment and I probably won't be using this service again.”
