The glass vase was already broken before I got it so was unable to keep the flowers watered

The website was easy to use and easy to order the flowers which were a birthday surprise for my sister but regrettably the flowers were delivered on a Sunday and the roses were dead by the Tuesday so overall not money well spent.

My mother was pleased with her flowers. I was disappointed the three bunches I sent with her birthday message were delivered without them written onto a card.

the flowers arrived on time, they were beautiful but opened up over the next few days to a stunning display. Debenhams are much cheaper than other organisations offering delivery of flowers but with no loss of good quality. I will certainly use them again.

Arrived on time for my Brother and Sister-in-laws' Silver Wedding anniversary and they were very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend and will be making further purchases myself in the future.

Ordered the 'ocean breeze' boquet and paid for the extra large size. Flowers arrived in time slot promised. That is where things started to go down hill. Bouquet arrived in a thin long box, so flowers were squashed together. Luckily i live with the person they were for, so was able to make them presentable before giving them to her. At day 3 - some of the blue agapanthus had wilted and petals were shredding, yet some flowers where still in bud form. Day 4 - outer petals of roses going brown, stems of wilting agapanthus started to go brown, yet lilies still not open. Day 5 - roses heads started to droop. Lillies started to open, but have had to remove blue agapanthus from boquet as they have wilted so much. Due to having to remove the blue agapanthus, it has changed the whole look of the bouqet. The bouquet has never and will never look anything like the image depicted on the website, which is why i chose this particular bouquet. It only has two colours in it, a creamy white and blue. Without the blue the bouqet looses its stunnung affect. They were for my daughter for her graduation, a one off occasion! Very disappionted and will not be using debenhams again. I have had to send 2 emails of complaint before i got a reply. i now have to take photos of the flowers and send them to the support team via email, so they can process the complaint. I do not have an up to date phone and have no idea how to transfer the images to my computer once i have taken them, as i am usless with technology. I dont even think i have a lead to link my phone to my computer! I will now have to get someone to help me to do this, by which time the 7 day guarentee will be up! I have had flowers reduced in price from my local tesco express that have lasted longer! Next time i will use interflora! They might be more expensive, but u get what u pay for!

Flowers ordered well in advance of friends birthday - to be delivered as a surprise on her birthday, (not that it was a sunday), they were not delivered. When i complained that they had not been delivered the response i got? Well you did choose the free delivery and that does say could be delivered the day after-i did look for that in the small print , but it was that small i couldn't see it!! NOT HAPPY at all. I wont be using these again, as not even an apology for spoiling the day. Well just to say there are plenty of other online florists who would appreciate the business.

Sent flowers to a funeral this time, and have used the service before. Excellent delivery service which is reliable, and it works like clockwork. Quality of flowers super and the flowers were beautifully wrapped (the wrapping was admired by several people). The bouquet was slightly small, however, even though I chose the large version. Slightly disappointed that our message was typed, not handwritten, but there is a possibility this was rewritten by the funeral directors. Overall, however, I would definitely use again.

Disappointing service - Royal mail delivered in a box without water. The flowers were as described by mother-in-law who received these as "battered" and really in need of water. The message card had offers all over to sell more flowers and not a nice gesture at all, i'd expected more from Debenhams, next time interflora!

The roses were beautiful, well packed and offered good protection whilst in transit. Flowers though were almost in full bloom lasted well and were economical in price. I have bought both white and red roses recently and was very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a bunch of freesias as a gift for my Mother who sent me a photo of them. She said she loved them but I was a little disappointed that so many of them had not yet flowers so it looked just like a mass of green in the vase. I understand that "freshness" & "longevity" are important but there should also be an element of wow factor when they first are seen by the recipient. Otherwise there's not much point in sending them if they don't look their best until 3 days later!
