“I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mums birthday to be delivered. They were called Autumn Morning. The bunch does not seem as though it is large and several roses and lillies have still not blossomed... I want to make you aware that I was not happy with the size and standard of the flowers after the amount of money spent on them I expected better quality.”

“As ever the flowers arrived on time and were stunning. My sister in law is a Gardner and she was really impressed with the packaging , presentation and quality of the flowers....I always use Debenhams now for flowers and have never had any problems.”

“The flowers arrived on a Monday as requested - actually around 11.00am in the morning which I thought was very good. My friend was thrilled with the flowers although I haven't seen them yet.”

“I ordered the 'bon bon' flowers for my friend and paid for the large size. When I saw them I was really disappointed. It was a tiny bunch and did not look worth the £26.99 I'm afraid I would not order them again.”

“I have no idea if the person ever got the flowers, it would be a good idea to provide tracking numbers so the person paying for the flowers know that they have actually been received.”
