The ordering process and delivery updates were excellent, however the card leaves a lot to be desired and the flowers haven't lasted very well.

TOOK ABSOLUTELY AGES TO BE DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED ON A MONDAY THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THURSDAY WHEN THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS TUESDAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I can see from your order you selected 'Free Standard Delivery' and with this option the terms and conditions state that orders may arrive up to two days after the desired delivery date. Although the service was good, the flowers were very disappointing, only 6 flowers for £20 isn't great value for money and when they turn up and two are damaged/dead, makes it even worse. I would not use this service again or recommend to a friend

Service was impeccable; ordered one evening and the flowers were delivered the very next day. I cannot comment on the flowers themselves as they were a gift but they seemed to be well received. The item was very reasonably priced in the first place but, as I was lucky enough to have a discount code, it made them even more affordable.

I ordered an extra large bouquet for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. The bouquet was not as described and a full refund was provided by Debenham Flowers. Ruined our celebrations though.....

I ordered flowers for my wife's 30th birthday. I ordered the extra vase, balloon and cake. Unfortunately I didn't receive the vase or the balloon which took the edge off the flowers. I have received a refund from you but this doesn't take back what you promised to supply and didn't.

Having purchased flowers from many suppliers I have given my seal of approval to Debenhams flowers. There is nothing to fault from choice to delivery to quality.

Ordering Debenhams flowers was a quick and smooth procedure. Confirmation and dispatch information was efficient and most importantly, the flowers were apparently beautiful. They were a gift for someone and delivered as promised using the free service.

The advertisements said 'next day delivery' therefore I did not order until Saturday 24th October for an anniversary on Monday 26th, I was given a delivery date of 27th which was disappointing as I thought I had ordered in time for 26th, however the flowers arrived on 28th pm which I was very disappointed with. I am assured that they were lovely and in good order. When do you have to order to get next day delivery?

What I expected regarding the flowers. Unfortunately had to have the flowers delivered a day earlier than my wife's 30th as i couldn't get a guaranteed slot on the day and also disappointed to have a half inflated balloon that looked a bit rubbish in with the flowers. Probably won't use again.

The flowers were lovely. Unfortunately the recipient was out the day that they should have been delivered but I have seen them twice since and they are still fresh looking. I was very pleased with them Thank you so much Auriol Thornton
