“Very disappointed. Ordered flowers well in advance for delivery on or the day before my mother in law's birthday, the flowers were delivered 7 days too early and had died before the actual date requested for delivery. Will not use this service from Debenhams again.”

“I ordered these flowers as a surprise for my sister in law, I was very disappointed to learn that they had only lasted three days despite being kept in a cool room. I ordered through Debenhams as I thought the name signified quality. I would have paid an awful lot less to have bought flowers from a supermarket and they would have been guaranteed to last ten days. Very Disappointed.”

“Very easy to place order once I telephoned Customer Services who told me I didn't have to register for an account first. Kept informed on delivery information etc and order was delivered exactly as requested. Package was very good.”

“The bouquet was order as a surprise present for a relative who lives 160 miles away so I didn't see the actual gift however, I was told that the arrangement and flowers were "absolutely gorgeous, stunning". I'd most definitely use this service again. Thank you Debenhams.”

“The flowers were left outside in the car park of the work place luckily another member of staff saw them, the heads of some of the flowers had dropped off, dissapointing as were ordered for a friend for a birthday surprise.”

“Ordered some flowers for a friends birthday, I needed them to be delivered on a Sunday, was surprised that not many places actually deliver on a Sunday but found that debenhams do. I needed them to be delivered to the hotel she was staying in. Was very impressed when I received a text advising when the flowers would be delivered, my friend was very pleased to see these flowers in her room. Will certainly be ordering from debenhams again, thank you.”

“I Sent my wife flowers whilst away working in Europe for our wedding anniversary. I got back the day after and most of them where dead... absolutely disgusting I thought but that was before the customer service or lack of it made it worst. Debenhams have offered a new delivery but too little to late..”

“The flowers were beautiful but didn't arrive on the day I paid for due to the delivery and the no one in card being left at the wrong address . Sadly as a result the flowers didn't arrive in time for the wedding !!! I do think the address was clear and won't be likely to use the service again sorry”

“Have used Debenhams Flowers a few times now and they are great value for money and the delivery is good too. On the last occasion they delivered the wrong plant but replaced it quickly and apologised which was good - just be handy if they had a customer services at the weekend”
