“I was disappointed when the delivery is one day late than I originally booked. I don't understand why it happened. The flower was supposed to celebrate my sister's birthday but it arrived one day late.”

“Really disappointed with the flowers, they arrived on Friday however many of the Roses were dead by the next day. They only last two days before the heads started to fall off. Also the chocolates never arrived.”

“Excellent Lillies received from my son in Canada. Really superb. Delivery man very considerate and tapped lightly on the front door Sunday morning and didn't wake the entire house. I was so thrilled with the flowers I sent a similar bouquet to my neice for her birthday a few days later. They were excellent too. 5 star service”

“I ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear for my niece to celebrate the birth of her baby daughter. The order process was quick and easy. I had looked elsewhere before I decided to purchase from Debenhams and compared to others I was pleased to see the flowers and gifts were very good value. My niece contacted me the next day of my order to say she loved the flowers and gifts. I now know where to look for future purchases.”

“I purchased 2 Christmas Hampers and when they were delivered, I was so embarrassed of the quantity of them, I would never give them as a present. I normally use another store which were great, but I thought I would have a change. What a massive mistake!!! I would not recommend to any one. I have sent Hampers back and will never use Debenhams again. A total disgrace.”
