“This is the second time I have used this service. I ordered the flowers last minute and they were delivered before date requested, this was a bonus! Feedback from the recipient was very positive and I will definitely use the service again.”

“We chose Debenhams flowers because of their excellent range of bouquets (we were pleased that this involved those without lilies as these are not a favourite of ours) The site was easy to use and we breezed through checkout. The flowers arrived the next day in good condition and our step-mother in law was very pleased with them. We will use Debenhams flowers the next time we send flowers .”

“THE FLOWERS WHERE PURCHASED FOR A FRIEND WHO HAD BEEN UNWELL. THE LILIES WHERE RECEIVED IN BUD FORM IN A POT. OPENING UP EVENTUALLY TO LOVELY FLOWERS - MY FRIEND SENT ME A PHOTO OF THEM. WOULD DEFINATELY USE DEBENHAMS FLOWER SERVICE AGAIN. QUICK EFFICIENT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY”

“The flowers were beautiful however I bought a vase thinking the flowers would be arranged in the vase, saving my friend having to do it. They were not so I feel the purchase of the vase a waste of money. I have had flowers from other companies which were arranged in the vase.”

“The order was placed on-line for freesias in bud form so the recipient could enjoy seeing them opening and that they would last as long as possible. The delivery was two days later than had been informed when ordering. Appreciated this was not the fault of Debenhams (they had been dispatched quickly) but Royal Mail were very slow. This was critical to the state of the flowers when delivered - 75% of them were already open but they were well packed and in good condition.”
