“Ordered roses, prosecco and chocolates as a Valentine's gift for my wife, she loved the gift and the roses are beautiful. However, I paid extra for delivery on Valentine's Day to my wife's shop in Chester city centre. The gift was delivered on Valentine's Day by the courier, but they left it outside the front door of her shop in the street. This was roughly an hour before the shop opens and before she arrived for work. Was very lucky they were still there when she arrived. Courier left a delivery note stating 'parcel in front porch'...there is no front porch. Despite me writing a card, this was not with the flowers. So overall, beautiful gift, just shame about the delivery and lack of card.”
