“Your elegant bouquet of roses was a wonderful birthday gift for my niece who lives in Wales (to my London). It was reassuring to use the familiar and respected Debenham's name for an online order, and every step of the way was efficiently and courteously handled. Very many thanks.”

“When the flowers arrived apparently they were very good but unfortunately they did not arrive first time & I had to chase them up so they arrived nearly a month late. I will say though I was offered either my money back or a larger bunch of flowers. Trouble is the surprise was gone!”

“My friend loved the flowers and especially the colours. I am glad I chose this particular bouquet because of their muted and subtle hues. I think it is appropriate as my friend is in mourning for the passing of her husband.”

“I ordered 2 bouquets for friends to say thank you to them for being a huge suport to me a few weeks back. I was a little worried after reading such terrible reviews but the flowers were both delivered within 48hours and were beautiful. I was told they were packaged very well and both bouquets had a wet wrap around them to keep them moist. Brilliant service and stunning flowers. Thank you debenhams ?”

“Quality of flowers was very good, lasted well with buds to come out. Colour of bouquet just as photo and blooms as described. Well packaged & promptly delivered. My mistake that I forgot to include gift message at time of order. Sent email to customer services immediately with requested message but this was never responded to & the flowers reached the recipient without them knowing who from! My error but disappointing there was noreply. Would use service again & have recommended already. Thank you.”

“I find Debenhams flowers a great way to send flowers to people in other parts of the country. Other companies may only offer you a choice of flower colour, not type. Debenhams allows you to choose the exact bouquet you want. I have had flowers delivered by Debenhams and they have been lovely. I sent a large bouquet to a relative for her 70th birthday and she pronounced them "gorgeous". The one downside is that mine did start to fade after a week. I cannot say if this is the case for all bouquets.”
