“Was underwhelmed with the roses. Seems that Grand Prix is a name used to describe a wide variety in quality. Had smallish flowers and were very short. Disappointed.”

“Sent beautiful flowers to a friend that was poorly, she was more than happy with the flowers, how they were presented she said was really lovely. The flowers were well worth the money and would definitely use again. Well done Debenhams.”

“Ordered large bunch of flowers for a birthday treat for my mum but very disappointed with the actual bouquet when it arrived. Have received much better quality and size from rivals such as Interflora and M&S. Will not be using again!”

“I ordered a Christmas wreath from Debenhams Flowers and I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality is really good, it was despatched and delivered when it was meant to, it was really well packed. Very pleased and would definitely order again.”

“No issues whatsover. Only comments were they were delivered half an hour past the slot which they said they'd be delivered in and there could've been a text update when the driver was leaving his depot or 30 mins before he is due to arrive.”
