Flowers excellent, lasted well but despite having the correct name address and postcode they were left on the doorstep of another meighbour in the avenue who was on holiday. Fortunately a neighbour spotted them and took them to my mother. Therefore disappointed with the delivery part of the order.

I was appalled by the flowers delivered by debenhams to my mother in law who was desperately in need of something to make her smile. I took a number of photos of the flowers as they were dead or dying- never bloomed and did not look anything like the flowers I ordered. I had purchased flowers from debenhams a number of times and couldn't be more disappointed or frankly angry. I just wish I could attach the photos to this review to demonstrate my point. I have no doubts that you would agree. I expect to here back customer services promptly!

Received an email night before delivery date to say the flowers were in transit . Day of delivery received an email 2 minutes pas 5pm to say there was a problem and delivery date not achieved . 5pm the customer sales closes so couldnt speak to anyone ! offered an upgrade on flowers ie larger but the flowers ordered were a larger bunch ! Then offered a refund ... bit of a nightmare

How can I rate it when it was a gift All I know is that it arrived. The recipient wouldn't tell me if they were rubbish.

I paid £89.99 for delivery of a bouquet of multi-coloured roses from Debenhams. The delivery arrived on time but this was the only positive thing I have to say about my purchase. The flowers were tightly packed into the delivery box and were generally not in a good condition on arrival. After just four days three quarters of the flowers were dead or badly shrivelled and had to be thrown away. The flowers were a gift for a loved one's birthday. They were a disappointment and a complete waste of money. This was the first time I had bought flowers from Debenhams and it will be the last.

I ordered the flowers for delivery on the 28th November .... The flowers did not arrive for my 84 year old mother's birthday. Still no delivery Sunday then eventually arrived late Monday half dead and In need of water. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NOT ORDER OR RECCOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. hope a refund will come soon. A apology would be good but nobody reads this email!!

For the money I paid for this hamper I am very disappointed. the actual backet it very nice but the contents are very few and poor. unfotuneatley I had 2 orders from you and both are a great disappointment. I certainly wouldn't use you again for hampers and won't be recommending you to anyone

the mulbury hamper was an embarrassment . 4 tiny products rattling round in a giant red box with polystyrene shavings - and all for around £30 - total rip off. Shall not be buying again from Debenhams!

I sent these flowers to my elderly grandmother for her birthday. I asked for them to be delivered the day before her birthday (a Sunday) just to be on the safe side. They didn't arrive on the Saturday and instead were delivered on the Monday morning. The day AFTER her birthday. While the flowers and chocolates were very nice, they were late and I was very disappointed with this.

Disappointed at length of time it took to deliver the flowers as I thought they would be next day however, the recipient was delighted with them and thought they were gorgeous although I did not see them. So, overall happy thank you
