“flowers disappointing and customer service even worse. Long train of emails with no help or explanation with my issues. will not be ordering again!”

“I have order flowers from most of the high street stores but this has got to be the best so far and having a voucher code really made them value for money and they lasted for over 2 weeks”

“The delivery and value for money is good but the only three times I have used this service, the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from because the message is hidden in small, ordinary type on the third page of what looks like an advertising leaflet. The message should be on the front page in italic type.”

“Beautiful flowers, looked really impressive and just like the picture. Couldn't have been happier. Not sure I would've said the same had I gone for the 'standard' instead of upgrading to the 'large' bunch. First order of flowers, will order again.”

“my sister was over the moon with these flowers, when she opened the box she said the smell was amazing and she even sent me a photo because she wanted me to see how beautiful they were”

“The Flowers looked lovely - however I upgraded to a large for an extra £5 which I'm glad I did as would hate to see the size of a small. The main thing that I was disappointed with is that they lasted just under a week (delivered on the 24th Nov and were in the bin on the 30th Nov with most of the flowers wilted). To be honest even with my 15% discount I felt these were over priced).”
