“Bought the pink bouquet of roses etc with box of chocs for a friend and she said they were lovely - so wld highly recommend.”

“Poor quality and bad value for money, the flowers arrived on time, cannot fault delivery service and communication from Debenhams however the flowers dies 2 days after they arrived and the quantity displayed on the website vs what actually arrived was very clever photography and good marketing but unfortunately over promised and under delivered. Won't be using them again :-(”

“My 94 year old aunt just loved her flowers which were from the Christmas collection. They were so fresh and mostly in bud so lots of opportunity to last a while. The vase was also well received as many of hers have been broken over the years. From my point the process was slick efficient and the communication was excellent.”

“Bouquet was delivered correctly and on time. Very good as I paid for slot and got emails and text. Brilliant you can follow courier on Internet to see where he is. Bouquet was purchased for my Mums birthday. My mum said that they were beautiful flowers but only JUST lasted 7 days. Bit disappointing as cheap bouquets last more than 7 days!”

“Disgusted. £40 on a pathetic looking bunch of flowers. My fiancé was quite upset which ruined the surprise, so thank you. I would complain but don't imagine you would do anything about it. Oh, and I assume no one will see this review so don't really know why I'm bothering”

“Good website. Easy to navigate to find what you want. My granddaughter loved the flowers and I believe that they were delivered on time. Marginally more expensive than some others but I think overall, job well done. Thanks.”
